First time in a long ordering from papa John and this new location. The young man was training was eager to learn and ensure our order was done correctly. The manager was great, very efficient and kind. Helped as well remind us of toppings we could get (as I said it’s been a awhile we have ordered pizza).

AWFUL. Usually we have good experiences but tonight, not so much. The delivery driver was fast and very nice. But when we got the boxes we noticed the 12” cheese sticks box was the same size the supposed “large” box. We opened it and it seemed a large or semi large pizza was stuffed into a medium box and they had thrown a garlic sauce and pepperchinis on the pizza. The garlic sauce was busted open and made a indent on the pizza, the pepperchinis also made an indent and those also tend to flavor the pizza if they’re squished on top, and I don’t like them flavoring my pizza.

I order from Papa Johns 5732 Buckeystown Pike Ste 25, Frederick, MD quite often and never complain as the food is always good. But….Last night I ordered the three-meat pizza bowl. I have had it before, but last night there was alfredo sauce mixed in. I like alfredo sauce, but I don’t eat it as I am diabetic and most alfredo sauce contains more carbs. The food was good, but it did make my blood sugar go up. I was just wondering if this was how it was supposed to be all the time. Are they changing the recipe? If that is the case, give us a choice! I only ate half of the pizza bowl last night. the other half is for lunch today. Look at you nutrition list where it says 24 grams of carbs. I think someone needs to take a second look.

Now that they use Doordash you probably won’t actually get your food. Supposedly my food was delivered, but it wasn’t and it would appear that my dasher took my food and the large tip. Before they switched to Doordash it was amazing!!! Now? $59 dollars and no food. please, don’t use Doordash when you had excellent delivery people before.

I don’t know what kind of business you’re running. I tried to order food and they said my credit card was declined. I then ordered from Beijing restaurant in Frederick and my credit card was just fine. I will never order from Papa John’s again
