This is our second time ordering from this location and the last time. the first time they left the circle pizza rack in the box, so i returned it to them when they delivered this time. This time it took an hour and 10 minutes for delivery when the website said 35-45 min. i was ok with that, i understand places can get busy. when they delivered the order of 4 pizzas and 2 bread sticks they were missing one pizza. I didn’t realize it until i got into the house with them. I immediately called and they said they would bring another one out. When they arrived 30 min later with the missing pizza, instead of saying “sorry we missed it” they said “I read you your receipt didn’t I?” I wasn’t trying to steal a pizza pappa john’s, i just wanted the full order that was almost $70. Will not return.
