Ordered a cheeseless small pizza. Asked for extra toppings to accommodate the lack of cheese. Was charged for extra toppings and as you can see, there’s hardly any. And it was totally dry. The other pizza was completely missing it’s toppings. Pizza was cold upon arrival. Spent $60.00 on 3 pizzas that were very lackluster. Very disappointed. Will be using dominos from now on.

Unsanitary and rude manager – I love Papa John Pizza.However this evening when I arrived to wait for my pickup order,I noticed a Papa John employee with a pizza come out and walk next door to Qdoba. He went in and came out without the pizza. So he was obviously doing a walking delivery of some sort.

Learned that Papa John’s will only honor the specials if you specifically ask. Bought 10 large pizzas for carry out, 5 were just cheese. They charged me $17.99 each. These were for my daughters bday party so I didn’t have time to order elsewhere. If we would have asked it would have been $10.99. I asked the manager about it the next day after seeing the menu price. He agreed it was deceptive but common practice.

Papa John’s Eldersburg offers great food and wonderful customer service. My fiancé and I order here at least 3 times a month and each time we enjoy it! The food always arrives quickly and like it just came out of the oven! There has only ever been one issue with our order, which happened this evening, and our delivery driver and the manager on duty made sure to take care of us and ensure we were happy. It was a small mistake but we appreciate the Papa John’s team for doing everything they could to take care of everything and make us feel valued as customers.

This place is always a circus show and tonight was the last time I will be witnessing it. Usually placing your order on the app makes things easier but not this time. I don’t think there is any management so employees are confused when it is busy. After waiting about two hours and still getting a confused look from the cashier about the order the app said was ready but she didn’t know where it was I left.

Normally we order from this papa John and they deliver to our house. Today we call in to order some pizzas for the first time they said they can’t deliver to our neighborhood. We always order and never have any problems. We tip pretty good. We will not order from this Papa John’s again.

Wow! I’m shocked at how rude this place is. Refusing to give me sauce! It’s worth the extra time to drive to mount airy. The manager at the mount airy location is so sweet and knows us by name since we order pizza every Friday. It’s a shame we can’t get delivery from this location but I would rather give my money to people who appreciate the business.

The pizza here went from ok to bad to inedible. Last one we got today had so much dough it didnt cook through and was literally raw in the middle and barely any toppings at all. Couldn’t even eat it. Used to be our favorite chain pizza store but it’s not acceptable anymore. Definitely lost a long time customer. Such a shame.

Always inconsistent. Unfortunately, I’m referring to both the pizza & service. Soggy, cold and toppings mangled (& very delayed) or delicious. Too bad that I seem to need my oven preheated upon most occasions. Thin crust is certainly not thin like traditionally … Just saying. But I have to say that the good ones are very good (hand tossed). I guess, as a transplanted New Yorker, I could be twisted- but our “other” delivery chain is wonderfully accurate in setting expectations & delivering the real deal pizza.
