I ordered the stuffed crust and when I received it, it was obviously undercooked. The crust was gooey and paper thin and the onions were still raw. I called and was told that all of the pizza’s are cooked at the same temperature and if I ordered it again it would look exactly the same and I should have requested it be well done. Now I am out $15 and dinner. Will never order from this location again.

I am uncomfortable with this place.Fist time here and wish I never enter this place.I got a small pizza and it’s SUPPOSE to have 6 slices now please tell me if I’m wrong but I’m counting 4. On top of that they were doing TikTok dances in the background and not making my food.. We were waiting there for 45 minutes and this person didn’t even hand us the food they walked away in the back and was on their phone. NEVER AGAIN!!!(im a teenager having to type this ..)

This place is very unprofessional as well as disorganized. First of all the app is not working and it took me half an hour to get someone on the phone to find out where my order is and when it will get here. First it told me 120 minutes and we have been waiting for over 2 hours for our order. We received someone else’s order who CANCELED their order. It was for someone who was 17 streets up. It was ridiculous and needs to be better about time management.

Manager on the phone was confrontational and argumentative when I just wanted to know my time of arrival. Interrupted me nonstop and was extremely rude to the point that I hung up when they were yelling into the phone over a simple question. Clearly no management training there ♂️

We entered the store, went up to the counter and waited and waited, no one acknowledged us. We just watched them as they hollered to each other around the room. We noticed they’re quite disorganized: Finally someone comes to the counter but she’s busy fixing something on the computer, we are literally standing right in front of her staring at her and she completely ignores us so we stand there waiting until she is available. A bit more time passes and finally one of us spoke up and asked her about how long it will take to order and wait for carry out and she deadass said 120 minutes. No manners and in a rude tone. Never again will I come to this place!

Ordered around 7pm and one and a half hours after the tracker said out for delivery the guy still wasn’t there. We called the store and they said looks like he’s running late. 15 minutes he showed up saying sorry but they are just swamped. Everything was cold. Not even warm. Just room temperature. Pictures are with and without flash to show how old they looked.
