What’s the point of calling in an order if it’s not going to be ready when you get there? I gave more than enough time for the pizza to be prepped, I come just to wait another 20 minutes. I haven’t been to this location in over a year because I had bad service. I decided to give them another try and was highly disappointed again. I was not greeted upon coming in to pick up my pizza. The delivery driver just looked at me, and then I noticed that the person working the register was just sitting down hidden in the corner. I was offered no apology for waiting for about 10 min. Bad service one time.. fine, but a second time, that’s unacceptable.
