When you walk in the restaurant no one greets you, asks if you need anything, asks if you’re picking up, or placing an order. This evening I ordered through the app and received a notification that my meal was complete. Upon arrival I walked in and was completely ignored the individual didn’t even have the decency to look up from his piece of paper. Finally I got the workers attention and he says oh I’m working on the previous customers order. One he could have greeted me and communicated in a more professional manner. Then my food was actually not ready and he said that it’s the system that sends the notifications and said my pizza would be ready in 5-10 minutes while my wings were done and sitting. I asked for compensation for the wait and he said no it’s not us we’re busy and I said no there should be some kind of compensation for the wait he then says whatever you can have a soda. A few minutes go by and he says your order is coming out of the oven and proceeds on telling me the price of the pizza. I say to him “can I get a soda?” He said, “No, that was because of the wait and it was not five minutes.” I said, “regardless you said you was giving me a soda for the compensation.” As he tries to argue back and forth about my wait time and a soda I told him he can have the food and I left. His ego wanted to waste money on food then to give a $2 soda. The attitude was very unnecessary and being busy I understand but, don’t take that out on the customer hire more people. I will never come back. I would blame this behavior on the hill moon but my girlfriend says this location always treats her this way. Fix the attitudes or find another job.

The worst customer service for! They took my order at 11:30 PM delivery to a downtown hotel said it would be about 35 to 45 minutes. I called back to check the restaurant had closed! Some foreign person answered the phone sounding like they were sleeping and hung up. I’m glad I did not pay them in advance. If you can do not! Do not! Do not order from this Papa John’s if you do, do not pay them in advance and definitely not if you’re really hungry. I am riding corporate. I think they are awful. They could have at least called back to say they weren’t coming.

I ordered Large pizza from this location . I found baby roaches on pizza. I would never ever go to this location. my wife is pregnant and we both had a Pizza. They claimed they always give us fresh Pizza but they don’t. very bad customer service. don’t order from this place it’s very unhygienic. I don’t think so I would be able to eat papa Johns pizza anymore.

I placed an order through the app, received a delivery notification, but nothing was delivered. I’ve called the store and they either don’t answer or disconnect the call. I received a secondary phone number from the central ordering service. I called that line, someone answered, and then disconnected the call when I explained the situation.

I placed a delivery order through the phone and I was given a 20-30 minute delivery time. I waited an hour for my pizza and then decided to call back only to get a no answer. I checked my email as a last resort and only to find out they had canceled my order. this is unacceptable especially when I had already paid in advance and I had already left a tip in advance. If I place an order over the phone and it can’t be done, then I expect a call back to let me know that my order was canceled and a refund. However I don’t even know if I’ve received a refund, because the way I found out that my order was canceled was by email. I have ordered at this papa johns location prior but unfortunately I will not be a customer there again because they have failed to demonstrate respect towards me as a client by the way they handled this situation.

The food was basically cold and I ordered a Alfredo bowl that was heart breaking . It was flater then the pizza and 25% of the bowl was empty. I called to speak to a manager and he hung up when I was explaining the issue. I took a pic and sent it to the number he gave me and that was when he hung up. I recommend that nobody do business with that store if not the company.

When I ordered a pizza. There were missing toppings. When I called about this issue, the manager offered a free pizza credit. 2 weeks later I still have not received this credit. Don’t trust this store!

I was delivered the wrong pizza. I ordered a large with pepperoni, sausage, and green pepper for dinner. Simple. Easy. Delivery was late, about 45 minutes later later they said it would be. And, even worse, I was delivered the wrong pizza. It had pepperoni, spinach, and stuffed crust. The receipt tagged it as my pizza with my toppings, but was clearly someone else’s pizza. When I tried to call the store to voice a complaint, the number was disconnected. I was only able to speak to someone after selecting the option to “place a new order”, which got me to the cashier. But she then transferred me to the “manager”, which turned out to be another disconnected line and the call ended. The service is absolutely atrocious, guess I should have checked the reviews since others have had these issues.
