This place is disgusting. The person making the pizza dough also handles the register and then goes back to making the dough without washing his hands. So the register is COVERED in flour. The whole place is covered in flour and just looks filthy. Uniforms of the staff always look extremely dirty. They need better training on how to safely handle food and keep a clean workspace. The guy who rang me up was nice.

I haven’t ordered from Papa John’s in a long time, because of several, consecutive, negative experiences, however, I decided to order from them today, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with them!! My food was delivered by a friendly driver and the food was exactly how I ordered it and so hot, that I had to let it sit for a while, before taking a bite! Flavor was delicious also!

I was not to impressed with today purchased papa john’s website menu carry out 11.99 could n’t placed my order. So I had to call the store at South Gate shopping center. The website has been broken down for a couple of week such embarrassing. All got from the manager was sorry. What a bad services not only that every time I ask for paper plates they say we are out! This is not my first time. I had walk away without paper plates. They don’t even want to give you red not pepper or Parmesan cheese. They only give you 3 or 4 packs. What a cheap skates the owner are. Bad services manager and owner. I had wanted to say something about it. Has been bothering for a while how cheap skate papas john’s at South Gate shopping center Culpeper va location. I’m quitting buying pizza from this location. Domino’s pizza are more reasonable they give all you want all the red hot peppers and Parmesan cheeses. I have never walk away without paper plates from domino’s pizza. Today is 11/11 at 10:30p.m and my pizza was delivered approximately 15 min ago and 5minutes later I tried to call back to let you know my pizza bread was undercooked no answer. I also declined the drink I inquired about but it was added regardless.I understand everyone has had a long day especially in these trying times but you should always put in 101% when it comes to food people consume.
