This Papa Johns is one of the best locations I’ve ever eaten from! The pizza is never overly greasy and the complicated sides are always well made! On the rare occasion that they deliver the wrong order, they go above and beyond to make it right with brilliant customer service. Shout out to manager Dylan! I could not have asked for a better resolution. Your team does great work.

Called and the store says it closes at 11. Call around 9:50pm get put instantly on hold for 10 mins and then transferred over to a different location. Just to call back and the store is closed. By far the worst Papa johns I’ve had the experience dealing with. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very hit and miss with the quality of the pizza. Last time I ordered the pizza was complete inedible garbage. The crust was paper thin on the bottom and pushed all out to the edge, and it was entirely undercooked.

Papa John’s is my favorite of the pizza chains, unfortunately every time I go in here to pick up my pizza, all the employees look absolutely miserable and barely say anything to me. It’s like that every single time. I’m gonna stop coming here and go to the Pizza Hut in Draft instead.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread and it took an hour an half to get to us! We did not get it until after 8pm! I called twice to ask where it was the first time I was told it was on the way! When I still hadn’t received it I called 25 minutes later and the man who answered was so rude and told me that his ovens only cooked but so fast…I have worked and grew up in the restaurant business as my Dad was a restaurant owner and I have never been spoken to the way this man (can’t call him a gentleman) spoke to me! When we did finally receive our pizza and cheesy bread it was cold!! Totally not worth the wait and will not order or deal with this restaurant again! POOR POOR SERVICE AND FOOD NOT GREAT!

Placed an order online got a confirmation email and my card was charged, food never came and stores phone was shut off. If you want Papa John’s DO NOT USE THE STUARTS DRAFT LOCATION!!! Take the extra time to go to Waynesboro or Staunton.

Entirely too many botched orders. Flip a coin. Maybe it’s right. Maybe it isn’t. Only reason I bother is when I don’t feel like cooking or leaving the house. Have even had them mess up the replacement pizza to correct a wrong one on occasion and take an hour to get said replacement pizza. No more. No thanks.

Melissa i understand your problems. I actually had a bad pizza from them and took the entire thing back the next day! and didn’t even want a refund. They guy looked at me and basically said what you complaining about and i showed him and he said that’s it. They just suck at customer needs plain and simple
