I never write reviews but after tonight I had to. Out of all the Papa John’s in the city this is the best one to go to. I order here all the time and tonight I accidentally ordered the gluten free crust small pepperoni pizza online instead of original crust. The pizza tasted like cardboard I don’t know how people order that crust. But I called the store and told them I ordered the wrong crust by mistake. The manager was understanding and remade my order with original crust and 23 minutes later the driver was back at my house. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza she gave me a large. Thank y’all so much

So disgusted with this location. I called at 11am to place my order and was left on hold for over 20 mins to process my payment. I hung up called back and was told the cheeseburger pizza was no longer available so I said please canceled my order. A few mins later I got a call from the call center apologizing for the inconvenience and that the cheeseburger pizza was available but it would be stuffed crust so I said okay place the order. I called at 1pm to find out where the pizza was and they said they never received my order. I’m done with them and needless to say my mother never received her lunch because of the miscommunication on their end. I wont waste my time again calling them.
