I’ve always had excellent service here and the staff are so nice. I I love chatting with them while they make dough and wait for my food. They have good banter and are still very efficient. Place does tend to get busy, but what pizza place doesn’t.

SUPER RACIST PIZZA JOINT. They won’t deliver to my neighborhood because I live in a majorly black neighborhood. Not to be racist but my neighbors are white. They said they don’t feel safe and refused to issue me a refund and when I asked for the manager they put me on hold for 45 min then they hung up. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. I WILL ALSO BE TELLING ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NEVER TO EAT AT PAPA JOHNS!!!!

Ordered from this location with delivery and never received our food, app notification said it was delivered. Called the store and said we never got our food and they asked the delivery driver Brandon and he said ‘it was the same person that took it that always does’ meanwhile I have only ordered delivery from this location maybe twice before. They were INCREDIBLY hesitant to resend our food we PAID for. HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed. DO NOT recommend this location AT ALL.

Here we are, over an hour and 40 minutes into the order wait time, and the delivery driver is doing circles around the town nowhere near our delivery location. We waited 25 minutes on hold to be hung up on before we could take the phone off of mute, and they’ve had nothing but excuses when we did call and refuse to be put on hold. Seems like a norm for this location, might want to know it’ll be 2 hours before ordering a pizza here.

2 hrs & 45 minutes delivery time!!!! Ridiculous! We live about 2 miles from their location. They have been to our house many times yet they use same excuse, ” driver couldn’t find your address, they tried to call” They DID NOT call! The only calls made were from us, multiple times asking where our pizzas were. They kept saying, it’s 5 minutes away, blah, blah… Spoke to the manager, Mick or Nick, assured us it would be in 5 minutes, no show! Our kids were hungry at 6pm!!! Pizza shows up at 8:50!! Mngr offered them for free, we said no thank you! And we did not accept the pizzas, free or otherwise! The staff is too young and could care less about customers. We will never order from Papa John’s again. All the mngr could say is ” sorry, thanks for your patience” ..my reply was ” After almost 3 hrs to get our pizzas, I have no patience just like I have no pizzas” judging by other reviews, this seems to be a habit of theirs, serving up bad customer service.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some wings tonight, waited almost 45 min for them to only deliver the 2 pizzas so I call & the first guy I talk to tells me ” oh we don’t have any wings right now” he’s barely speaking so I can hear him so I ask him when will I get my money back because they had no problem taking the order & charging my card & he just tells me soon so I ask to speak to someone else & some rude chic gets on the phone telling me ” there’s a nationwide wing shortage” we tried calling the number on file and there was no answer which was a lie no calls came in on my phone and phone logs don’t lie. So now I have to wait until whenever to get my money back 63.00 bucks for 2 pizzas & wings I didn’t get. Don’t waste your money here Pizza Hut has better food and a hell of a lot cheaper

Ordered pizza delivery, thru the Papa Johns app. Waited over an hour to actually get the pizza. The tracker said it was on the way, then showed delivered. I call the store and was told the driver couldn’t find the address. (They’ve been here many times before) at no point did I get a call asking for directions. My boss goes to pick up the order and not once did they offer to remake the pizza or offer an apology. I understand we are all human and mistakes happen, but this was too much. We also ordered a Papadia, paid extra for the extra cheese… It did not have extra cheese.
