I don’t know how anyone can possibly have a negative review on this Papa Johns! Hands down, the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The delivery service is just amazing. I’ve never had delivery from people with such great attitudes. “Thank you, y’all are awesome!” I said with a smile, he says “It’s what we do!” Yes it is sir! Me and my family are enjoying this tonight. I ordered the pasta, cheese sticks, and two pizzas. Me and my husband both are crazy over their pizzas, and they came on the fly, super hot! Delicious. Will order again.

Went in at 9:30 last night summer of August 1, 2023. I spent $40 on six pieces of wings and a large pizza pizza was disgusting. Their sauce tasted like it was sin. Beer for days dough was so thin, even though it’s a hand tossed pizza. We didn’t have dinner. Basically, the only thing we ate was the six pieces of wings but when I came in the next day I spoke to the manager she said I don’t care get out that she wasn’t there last night and that she couldn’t pull up the order and that she couldn’t remake or refund very disappointed, never ever ever ever again.

First thing, when I called to place my order, the lady immediately picked up and said hold, then didn’t realize the phone wasn’t on hold because I heard her yelling at someone, I’m assuming a coworker, hopefully not a customer. Either way completely disrespectful!!!!! Then the phone disconnected. I called back and someone else answered and took my simple order, large pepperoni pizza and medium cheese pizza. An hour later, I called up there and was told that the manager was helping out with the orders and supposedly mine got “missed” but would be taken care of soon, and if I wanted it faster then I could come get it!! I drove up there because I was already beyond ready to get my food and bring it home for my kids. When I got there, it still wasn’t ready, so I had to wait about 10 min. As I was walking out a tow truck showed up and almost towed my car!!! I couldn’t believe this place. I will NEVER EVER eat or order here again!!!!!

Have ordered from this location many of times over the years when I’m out the oceanfront. Always been for delivery food is always hot and fresh when I get it grape flavor actually comes with the pepper and the seasonings with some places don’t give you unless you pay extra. Would recommend this location to anyone who loves pizza it’s a good place to try. If you haven’t tried the new meatball pepperoni pizza it’s delicious Sorry I didn’t review sooner thought I had already keep up the excellent work many thumbs up five stars

I would give this place a -5 stars. Saw a pizza cook wipe her face and nose with her hands and then cut a pizza. No washing hands , no gloves absolutely disgusting individual. Staff is never welcoming, talking trash about other costumers while I am in the store…What is going on here? Management needs to babysit these kiddies because they can’t act grown.

Papa. We have a problem. I ordered a pizza at 10pm for delivery at 11:15 and my pizza was never delivered. I have been unable to contact you and you charged my credit card. I am now hungry and have no other options for food delivery. I will not forget this papa. Tighten up!

Didn’t acknowledge we were in the building I was ordering and the lady at the register made me feel like , I didn’t matter couldn’t get my order right . Being she was talking to someone else I had to repeat myself more than once . I should have walked out .but we didn’t. If they change the people I just might go back . I go from time to time this was the worst experience .

Horrible customer service! They forgot to bring my two garlic sauces…I PAID FOR…told me there is nothing they can do and rudely hangs up on me..when I called back they rudely put me on hold knowing eventually I’ll give up! Horrible management! This isn’t the first time they forgot my sauces! Weather pick up or delivery they never get it right! Rude lady on the phone tells me I should call the store after putting in my order ONLINE…wtf?! On the top of the pizza box says clearly 2 EXTRA GARLIC SAUCES! I shouldn’t have to remind them to do their job accurately! Very rude and horrible management! Love their pizza but there horrible customer service makes me not want to order from them! This could have been handled so easy in many ways…they really need to train their management to handle simple situations! I can only imagine how much money they start to bank everytime they forget to bring their customers their sauces…most people just say oh it’s .50-$1 but this is on going for 4 years! Say 10 customers 2 sauces per customer that at least $10 a day! I’m sure I’m no the only one they forget EVERYTIME! I don’t recommend this place due to the childish management!

I called them around 9:30, the girl answering the phone attempted to tell me they wouldn’t deliver to my hotel- when they were on a delivery list given by the front desk. Not to mention, the exact same place delivered the night before. As she continued to argue after I pointed these out to her, she puts down the phone to ask another employee who tells her yes. Then, not knowing I could hear somehow, says she needs me to spell the address “Pavilion” 5 times. I asked for a pepperoni and a cheese and a 2 liter. After an hour wait I was told would be 30 minutes. The delivery guy hands us two cheese pizzas and no 2-liter. When the order is on the box and receipt of what I said and what they bring is incorrect, I call to let them know I hadn’t received the right order. They then try to prove me wrong while I’m reading them the receipt and order confirmation. I now have an hour and counting wait once more for an order my child could have gotten correct the first time, as well as had better manners and attitude than both the girl and manager. I never knew how hard and tasking it was to just be respectful or actually make such a simple order. Guess it takes a degree
