I’ve given these people a dozen chances. Today was 4th time i had to call request a money back because they cant make the most basic of orders. (never mind other times i let it go) Extra sauce, well done, normal cut. Not extra sauce, not well done and not cut through. When asked what managers full name was, so i could follow up with corporate i was told ” i am not going to give you my name” … where do you people find these kids to run your stores????

My buffalo chicken pizza wasn’t supposed to have onions, they make me sick, but they were there. As you can see in the photo only half the pizza was covered. Half of the pizza was bare bread.

Ordered chicken poppers with Honey Chipotle sauce and 2 pizzas. They got the pizzas right but not the chicken. Was told basically, “oh well” upon talking to the second person that supposedly was a “manager”. I was told they can’t do anything for side items, even if they’re wrong. They gave me the option to rebate the two pizzas back on store credit or refund the pizza. I explained that there’s nothing wrong with the pizzas! The chicken order was clearly wrong! They refused to make it right which we paid for. Not to mention dealing with these employees is like dealing with children that shouldn’t be employed and are undeniably too stupid to have a job. Out of principal, I’m going to contact the owner of this franchise and tell him how I feel about their employees they’ve hired and the trifling service they provide. Anyone reading this review and determining if they should place their order with them or not; it may be to your own detriment but go right ahead…

Ordered a original crust pizza, when I got my pizza the crust was thin and burnt. I called the restaurant and the man on the phone said he could TRY to remake it but it’s going to come out the SAME way and he doesn’t know why it would be burnt smh uh well it’s burnt. You know how they say there is no such thing as bad Pizza? Yea who ever said that never ordered form Papa Johns. This “pizza” was possibly the worst thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. Papa Johns used to be really good, but this I’d rather eat Tombstone frozen pizzas than ever touch another pizza from Papa Johns again.

Ordered pizza, order was wrong and missing item. Charge extra but don’t give the item. Order was replaced and STILL wrong. ♀️ 3rd time, credit suppose to be on account, no proof that this was done. Had better pizza before from here, don’t know if they were that busy for this outcome.

Worst pizza place I’ve ever had to deal with. Had a pepperoni pizza supposed to be delivered at 7. I called at 715 and was told they would be there in a minute the driver is down the street. I get the pizza at 755 and it’s missing sides ordered and toppings. I called and was told it wasn’t their fault they ran out of dough.
