So I ordered an when my driver was arriving i checked the tracker and he was sitting outside for over 10 minutes finally gets to the door and the box looked tampered with I received a different soda then what I ordered took pictures of the box and when I opened it not even the pizza I ordered I called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes then called back and put on hold 3 times and then they hung up on me I spoke to the general manager but he was the one who hung up on me. So they just would rather not deal with you than to admit a mistake I didn’t want the food after I wanted to give it all back without it even being touched and receive a refund but they must be hurting for money due to no responsible employees but with a manager like that leading I see why .

My order was delivered I called the store last night when I got the order and it was wrong. No one answered. The meat in both papadias was not cooked and the chicken wings wasn’t cooked throughly. When I finally got someone on the phone who was the owner today he said I could bring the food back when we threw it away last night. I always buy from this papa Johns and spend good money and this location has lost a customer. I will never go there again. $45 worth of food that wasn’t edible. I will tell everyone in the area too. Bad customer service!

Service was excellent. Pizza not so good. Papa John’s is one of my favorite pizza restaurants, but this pizza was not what I expected from a Papa John’s restaurant. The traditional crust was super thin and flimsy. We got pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms as the toppings. No complaints regarding amount of pepperoni and sausage, but barely any mushrooms. Hope this comment helps improve quality of pizza for the next customers.

Service was excellent; the atmosphere was typical Papa John’s; pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten at a Papa John’s. Papa John’s is one of my favorite pizza restaurants, but would not be based on the pizza we got at this store on this particular night. The traditional crust was super thin and flimsy which couldn’t hold up the toppings. The edge of the pizza was like a normal pizza and tasted like the usual crust. We got pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms on the pizza. There were adequate meat toppings, but mushrooms were almost non-existent. I first thought they just missed putting on the mushrooms, but I was able to find a few….very few! I would have been less disappointed had they just forgotten them, than getting so a small number of mushrooms! Hopefully, this was just a bad night or just one poorly made pizza as I would hate folks to judge Papa John’s on the pizza that I received.

So i ordered breadsticks and not only did it take over an hour but it also came out like this. I felt like i was gonna break a tooth because they were so hard. They also showed attitude when i wanted one that’s better and started being very passive aggressive to me.

Well we ordered two pizzas and we got one pizza and an empty box. When I went to the store to get the pizza I got the old pizza that had been made an hour ago. It took 4 minutes for anybody to even speak to me when I walked in and then they never actually spoke to me but about me to each other. Manager is horrible and couldn’t care less. Refused to make it right. We didn’t order from here for a long time because of issues like this but decided to give them another chance. They didn’t even apologize or care that it happened. Don’t know what I was expected from a franchise but I guess this is it.

I was traveling from SC my husband was at Long John Silver so I called to order before I walked down but wanted to make sure I was ordering form the right place and the young man answering was so short with me I walked down and placed my order.

This is by far the worst Papa John’s I have ever dealt with. I believe in 2nd , maybe even 3rd chances. I have given this location just that. Every time I have talked to the manager (when you can talk to him and he doesn’t put you on hold and never answers) , he is rude and very disrespectful. The order I made this evening took 3 HOURS to get to me. I called a hour and a half into it and they said the sticker was on the box and would be on its way. It’s 3 hours later and I still haven’t seen my pizza. You call the store and no one is answering and when you hit the option to speak to a manager it says no one is available. Worst location ever and not just me but I recommend everyone avoid this location.

I keep checking in with this location to see if it’s wait time has gotten better. It hasn’t. Walked in at 4:35pm on a Friday and was told it’d be 1.5 hours. I walked out. I’ve given up on this place.
