The garlic knots are perfect! Slightly sweet and slathered in garlic-butter for a perfect appetizer! My only complaint about this location is the round stairs at the entrance that create a sort of optical illusion, and I know I’m going to trip carrying my pizzas one of these days. Definitely not handicap accessible.

Ordered online. Ordered the 5 topping large pizza, where you pick your toppings. Had someone else look at the order before it was placed. Also ordered the jalapeño bites. Order came to $23 something. I gave her $30 and told her to keep the change. When we got home we only had a large cheese pizza and jalapeño bites. We called back tried to discuss it with the lady and she said there wasn’t anything she could do about it. We asked to speak to her manager or have them call us. She then proceeded to use the f word and hung up on us. Very poor customer service.

First time in they forgot our chicken poppers so we had to wait for that. After going back a second time they gave us the wrong type of chicken (we asked for plain on the order but got BBQ) so we gave up and left.

Tonight makes twice I have ordered in the past 2-3 weeks from them…tonight a simple pepperoni pizza on original crust to be delivered…last time, two pizzas, one of which was supposed to be pepperoni and ham for pick up. The P & H they did as pineapple instead of pepperoni and both of the pizzas were dry with very little sauce. I had always had good experience with them so I called the store to simply let the manager know I was disappointed. I did not take her up on a free pizza. Tonight I ordered online and simply tapped on pepperoni pizza original crust for delivery. Nothing special. The polite driver wanted my money before giving me the pizza so I gave him the cash but told him I wanted to check the pizza before he left because last one was wrong. I open the box and it is a cheese pizza. He looked at ticket and it said cheese pizza. He could not give my money back so I had him wait for me to call store. When I finally got a manager and explained this whole story. He implied I must have put it in wrong. I TAPPED ON PEPPERONI PIZZA! I told him I would accept the cheese pizza because it was late and we were hungry but I wanted my money back this time, reminding him i didn’t take the free pizza last time. He would not refund my money unless I gave the pizza back. He would make me a new one but after all this, I was concerned what he might do to my pizza so I insisted I would just keep this one. He refused. After some back and forth, I finally just gave the young man the pizza and took my money back and told the manager (Noah) how ridiculous this was. It was a cheese pizza! I will never order from them again needless to say!
