Lakeside Cleaning
So, I called to order . Terrible experience! The girl could hardly speak English, I order large specialty pizza, she asked if I wanted extra sauses..I just wanted the 1 garlic sauce that comes with the pizza. Then she oh, we just ran out of large pizza.. all we have is pan crust. I said ok. Delivery was on time only took 20mins from the time I called.. so I read the reviews while I waited(scary)… when the girl came to my house I asked her to wait so I could look at pizza.. no garlic sauce.. she said I ordered special seasoningpack. But I didn’t.. the girl on the phone obviously didn’t understand English. Either way the delivery girl was very sweet.. she said the person I spoke to was a call center… and that when you call the westlake number you should press 5.. to talk to someone actually in the store. Not sure about some of the bad reviews but we order carryout or delivery almost weekly from this store and we are rarely disappointed. Delivery is always on time. Pick up is always ready when I get there. Food quality is better than other chain pizza in the area. Prices a little higher than average but overall convenient and good. Their take out special works well for us. Service has always been pleasant.

Ordered pizza on the phone. Went to pick up. Not ready. The guy said he was making it right now. Said it would be 15 minutes. Went back in store after 20 minutes. Nobody knew anything. Found my order and the same dude said he was just now making it. Said it was going to be another 20 minutes. Really?

Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn’t eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn’t have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location

So I called tonight to confirm that they deliver to my address I got the manager Jeff he was very short and rude.. after confirming they deliver to my address I said thank you and have a great night.. he hung up on me.. so I called back to ask to speak to the manager and the same guy Jeff answered the phone and told me he was the manager, he told me he was too busy to be cordial and hung up on me again… I will get this resolved with corporate… If anybody wants a great pizza with great service go across the street to New York Pizza they are incredible family-owned local business with an excellent product.. Jeff the manager at Papa John’s Pizza is an overwhelmed clown that could not manage a .25 cent gum ball machine..plus it’s an inferior product.. if you’re so under the gun you can’t be polite you should flip burgers at McDonald’s.. I honestly can see why there are so many bad reviews when the management is flat-out rude how could you trust to get a decent pizza here..

There was a mix up with my first pizza do to them being very busy and was getting late at night. Josh said he would stay after closing and personally bring my pie before going home I told him not necessary he told me to call back the next day and Josh again made sure my pie was right and delivered asap. A big thank you To Josh for all the help and great customer service. Sorry no pics pie was to good

This papa Johns is amazing ! Food is always fresh and hot! Plus it’s never a long wait! The staff at this location is always so sweet and willing to go the extra mile. 100/5 stars honestly.
