Ordered pizza, get there and the manger says he didn’t put the order in. Mind you had to wait 45mins the first time. They had to finally make the pizza. Once we got it the garlic butter was literally open and all over the box and all. Took it back , got another and found HAIR IN THE FOOD. MULTIPLE HAIRS MIND YOU. Manger was rude when we first ordered the food and all. Highly Recommend them fixing their attitude or getting new staff. Once we got the refund one of the workers were laughing like it’s funny hair was in our food ?

Driver was nice that is why they are getting two stars. Took way to long, past their estimated time of 64-74 min. They did not include the extra sauce I paid for. Instead of just crediting back the money I spent on them when I called the manager offered to have the driver come back by with them. They never did. Waited another hour. At that point the location was 30min to closing. Would not order from location again.

Just an ordinary transaction at a restaurant. But man o man are those Philly cheese steak papadias delicious or what. I ate them 2 nights In row. Edit: 08/20/22, it doesn’t bother me a lot but it would be nice to see them wearing gloves as they make the pizzas and papadias. All i got to add. Other than mmmmm mmmmmmm good.

My boyfriend and I order from this papa John’s 1-2 times a week since it is the closest to where we live. It has been an ongoing problem that instead of the special garlic sauce we order with garlic knots we get pizza sauce so I check . Last night not only did we yet again get the wrong sauce the man at the cash register was not wearing any type of face covering and when I step to one side to check he got impatient. He acted as though I was being unreasonable to want the ordered sauce

Ordered pizza online and once I placed order, I received confirmation stating my pizza delivery would take approximately 120 minutes for delivery, 2 HOURS!!!!! So I called the location to cancel the order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. After speaking with Haley about canceling my order, she abruptly hung up on me without even stating whether the order was canceled or not. Terrible!!!!! Will not be ordering here again.
