Horrible customer service. I’ve had to wait 5x longer than other people sometimes, I’ve been charged for food I wasn’t given, and they’re bad at communicating with the orders. The personal pizzas aren’t nearly as good as regular Papa John’s pizzas. The only good thing is the sides.
