Was a great place to eat untill recently we tried to call an order in called 45 mins before arriving to find out the order was never placed in the first place. Told the lady 4 times we wanted to pick up in abengdion location.. Needless to say still sitting and waiting a second time just to get 2 pizzas… never again….. smh

We got a pizza last night. My 3 year old daughter and I have been sick to our stomach since last night. Feeling drained and sick. Staying in the bathroom for the majority of this day. This is ridiculous! I don’t know if it’s the amount of grease or if something contaminated the food or what but I do know I had 2 pieces of pizza and my stomach is still tearing up. Definitely won’t be eating here again.

I’m leaving two stars because the food it’s usually decent but it’s the service that makes ordering from there miserable. I’ve been hung up on several times and the manager hid from me when I arrived to pick up my food. I was not irate or screaming I just wanted an apology for being treated so rudely. Never got the apology and I’ll be honest we do still order from there because we can’t justify driving over an hour to a different store.

I ordered Pizza back on 4/26/23!! I was advised that the order would be delivered in 45 mins,! After about 1 1/2 hours I called and the manager adv’ they where waiting on an Uber Delivery Driver & my food was sotting in a window’ getting old & cold??’ I asked why PaPa Johns’ had to use an Uber Driver & Logistics for the Company didn’t have and pay for there own drivers?? Something about certain days of the week they used Uber??! The manager only wanted to give a free drink? when I requested a refund? When I refused the free drink’ citing’ I wanted a refund’ he abruptly hung up on me??’ This was quite rude’ behavior being treated like that as a Guest’ & a Customer’ I later contacted the Corporate number to make the Complaint’ still with no food’ & advised everything that happened’ I was supposed to get a Call back from a General Manager in 24-48 hrs’ That Never Happened! The Food showed up 2 1/2 hours later ccld’ & old! I just looked at my bank statement’ & see where I was still charged’ with no resolution’ & Complaint was closed out’ without even reaching out to me’ to acknowledge the complaint’ much less take Accountability & Responsibility! This is how a business loses revenue’ and customers! Not sure if the Health Depart needs to get involved as they think it is ok’ to deliver food that has been left out to spoil’ and get cold! All the way around’ I will be using’ Domino’s from now on’ Who has a Very Friendly Staff’ Delivers Hot Food On Time’ & Has a Tasty Menu’ & Recipes! As for the Refund PaPa Johns was supposed to provide’ I’m still waiting’ for Regional or District Manager on second req’ today to reach out’ after initial request was utterly ignored & closed out’ w/o my permission!! Terrible business practice! This is the first & only time I have ordered or dealt with this location! I’m sure other Customers are being treated like this as well.. Sad’ they llost a Future Customer “s”!! There is a phrase called Zero’ Tolerance’ For a Reason!

The worst service ever, just go pick up your food. Do not trust anything or anytime they tell you on delivery. Didn’t deliver my order and then wanted me to come and pick it up after an hour of waiting because their drivers went home for the night.

I have never had such a bad experience with pizza delivery. I placed a delivery order and was told it would be 45 to 55 minutes, which was fine. However when one hour went by I thought I better call and just check and see if it had left the store yet. I was told that The driver had just pulled out with my order. Well 20 minutes goes by and still no order so I call back and was told that the driver stated he was getting off the exit to my house so it should be here anytime. Well after another 10 minutes I called back and stated that my food was still not here and basically was told the exact same thing that he should be getting here any minute. After a couple times of doing this I finally stated to the manager of the store, Ben I think, that I was not going to take cold food since it had now been right at 1 hour since it had left the store. My food came 10 minutes after that phone call and I refused the order and not once did the manager offer do anything to help me in the situation. It was just the opposite. I feel like he could have at least offered to remake my order since he himself knew exactly when it left the store and how long it had been out to be delivered. The worst part is my vehicle is broke down and delivery was the only option I had since I only had cash.

Waited an hour & a half for delivery. Called & he said they didn’t have delivery drivers & they called DoorDash to get it. Had no idea of how long it would be. Cancelled order & Pizza Plus had my order to me in 30 mins. Papa never called us.

Even though the store was down to one oven the store manager did what she could and keep the customers in loop and was friendly andher crew went beyond the call of duty. What I seen was beyond customer service and people should respect fastworkers more and give thanks for all the hard work they are doing even if they are short handed. Customer are not always right and we should be thankful for the people who go into work everyday. Thank you for one of the best pizzas I didn’t mind waiting 80 minutes.

My daughter and I placed an order at 2:42 paid for and all. The store said that it would be 42-52 minutes. WE WAITED 2 HOURS BEFORE GETTING OUR PIZZA. For it to be almost completely cold by the time we got it. My daughter called the store to let the manager know and he said that he didn’t have any drivers available for the order so he used a door dash driver to bring us our pizza. The driver he chose or was chosen for the store was in Tennessee when he got the order. And on top of that the manager that my daughter talked to hung up on her after she had tried to resolve the issue. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE MANAGER CHRIS AT PAPA JOHNS!
