The only complaint I ever have with this store is that they almost never square cut my pizza when I order it square cut, but tonight they did, and I’m sure it is solely because of Gavin! He was awesome! I was having a few issues because they were out of what I wanted, so I couldn’t order online, which made me worry I wouldn’t get my points, but Gavin was amazing! He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, and he was kind, nice, warm, and welcoming, and I can honestly say I left happier and in a better mood than when I came in! Thank you so much Gavin for being so wonderful, and thank you papa johns for the delicious pizza! 🙂

On hold as I type this. We put in an order for 2 pizzas around 7:40. Its now 9:03 and Ive been on hold for over 10 mins waiting for someone to answer. The app says “preparing” for the last 8 mins. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Got pizza, wings, and chocolate chip pie. I was told they only had 10 boneless wings for my order instead of 15. I said okay. Got home to find 3 boneless wings and little pieces of chicken not even the size of a piece of popcorn. EXTREMELY UNNHAPPY

I understand that Friday night’s can be busy, but honestly I can’t find much at all positive to say about my experience. On hold for over 5 minutes. Ordered a large supreme – mushrooms & olives. And wings well done with buffalo sauce on the side. $ 40 for this? Smh Never Again!

Wow is all I can say. They said to be there @6:45 I didn’t leave with my pizza’s till 7:40. They had no clue on estimates. Kept telling me 10 more minutes every time. Said he was under staffed but had 3 people. Just didn’t have the right staff. There was a lot of standing around. It wasn’t just my order either. And this has been happening. I’ve always said at this location that if they say 30 minutes might as well expect 45, but I would never have thought and whole hour late. Smh

Cancel our order. Ordered in app, then after taking the money it says 2 hour delivery. Can’t do it. No one at the store answers (we called about 20 times)… just the annoying Papa Johns automated guy. Then we called corporate which goes to an overseas call center, and they can’t do anything. They say call you, but as stated no one answers the phone. We made other plans so we’ll send the driver back with the food (if they even show up). Consider this a time stamp of our problem. This isn’t the first time this happened. I guess it’s an ongoing issue now that this is the 2nd time.
