I love Papa Johns but today I’m scared. You just gave me a pregnant lady raw pizza dough. I thought it was cheese at first but as I started to rip my pizza apart because that’s just how I eat pizza I realized it’s not cheese. I took the toppings off and it’s straight up raw dough. Underneath all my toppings. Well I tried giving Them another try this evening for dinner. I’m pregnant I’m craving papa johns not food poising. Anyways this time I ordered jalapeño and pepperoni and no pep just jalapeños! Literally ruined my dinner and my brunch. I’ll be calling corporate. And the manager Brittney was not friendly. She said I would get a refund credited. And nothing was credited.

They don’t have regular delivery drivers anymore. 3 of my last 4 orders were very long delivery times and came with missing food. However, every time I called to address the issue, they were extremely helpful and refunded the items.

Ordered two pizzas they said it would be 18 minutes we sit in the car playing on our phones and 18 minutes later walked in the door and the pizzas were ready so I probably would go back to papa John’s again if I didn’t see the old man (delivery driver) drop a pizza and half of it slides out on the ground he shoves it back in the box goes on his way so if you ordered a pizza from papa John’s this pass Friday night around 10:00 pm u might of got that pizza other than that it was pretty good by the way that was Patrick street papa John’s.

Love Papa John’s pizza. However, had an issue when traveling through Charleston WV. Pizza arrived hot and they included plates. I mistakenly ordered the BBQ Hawaiian, instead of the regular. It was so covered in BBQ sauce that you couldn’t see the other toppings let alone taste them. And, they didn’t cut the pizza. Ugh!

Papa John’s usually participates in a food drive during the holidays where you bring in a certain amount of non perishable food items and you get a free pizza. I have gone every year for the last decade except one I think. This year though they narrowed the the scope to only canned food and the wouldn’t let you come in and choose your pizza. They sent out some cheese and some pepperoni but thats it. While it’s still for a good cause and I would still participate if these rules were to stick do believe that the more narrowed scope could hurt turn out and donation numbers. I would be curious to see the data from this year to determine if that is true or not. Ultimately though this food drive helps a many families in their time of need during the holiday season. Their pizza tastes great and the twelve can donation per pizza exchange is much more inexpensive than paying for four large one topping pizzas as a customer. Papa John’s keep up the good work and thank you for continuing to do this every year. If you keep having the drive Ill keep donating and spreading the word as I have for most of the last decade. I Hope to see you again next year. I highly recommend Papa John’s when you’re looking for a tasty place to have a meal. Until next year Papa John’s, You keep feeding the families in the area and Ill keep feeding my face.
