Papa johns use to be amazing now it’s not. Not sure what happened but we ordered two specialty pizzas this weekend and it just didn’t have the same freshness or flavor that it use to have. Doubt we will order again anytime soon.

Food is great but when asked about how I wanted me order it was not done, I asked for half pizza nothing but cheese and that was not done. Got poppers and only wanted plain but got nasty barbecue which I’m allergic too

I always love this location. I always place my order online for pickup. The wait is only usually twenty minutes which is very nice. The employees are also very nice. My past time was the first time I ever had an issue. They accidentally sent my order out with a delivery. The manager was super apologetic and worked fast to remake my order. Great service

It’s a franchise location. I went in to pick up my pizza in person and I was asked how much I wanted to tip. I do not customarily tip for an over-the-counter transaction. If I request pizza delivery then I’m a fairly good tipper.

Weird lil guy at register. He was polite but rude at the same time. Normally buy extra peppers with pizza.. asked to purchase said peppers.. NO. We can’t sell just peppers.. really? I love over an hour away an everytime we have ever got papa John’s we buy extra. He looks at me again, Says NO ma’am. We’re not allowed. Ok well keep my order then lol we can’t take a bite of the pizza without a bite of peppers!!!! It’s the law dude. (Well in my daughter’s eyes it is!) So anyway I asked another employee walking by they said yep that’ll be 60¢. Ok YOU GOT IT! More to the story but tired of typing an it’s not important, nothing will be done anyway lol ppls worth ethics have gone to hell. Got the peppers tho!!
