Just terrible pizza not even close to any Papa John’s I’ve had before (none nearby, maybe pizza is busy bad here)… it wasn’t old stuff, it was just worse ingredients and worse pizza. Also I said light cheese and it still soaked the box with grease and cheese outweighed the dough. But that’s happened at other papas before. Ugh, I ordered because my fam likes DiCarlos and I wanted an actual pie. Nope. So disappointed. 2nd star is for quick on Friday. Pizza was 1 star, even on a sliding Papa John’s scale.

Ordered a pizza it wasn’t ready when promised. After waiting 15+ minutes over promised time I stood up to go ask how much longer and witnessed the guy handling pizza crust bare handed after taking money!! No handwashing!! Even if I would have seen him wash his hands it’s gross to fix food bare handed (especially since he had a little longer fingernails! ) I don’t even do that for my family I wear gloves! I will say he was nice when I asked for my money back. I hate this because I love papa johns pizza but can’t eat it while they are not sanitary.

Overall, most of the employees were not overly professional. The young lady that checked us out seemed new, very professional, but didn’t have a clue what she was doing or how to properly ring up what was being ordered. The manager on duty was very rude and unkind to her, and had a generally mean personality.

Went inside and ordered a Shaqaroni pizza. Paid and was told ready in 22 minutes. Waited in the store for over 45 minutes. Got it home and not a single pepperoni on it. Really? Not very friendly either. Very disappointed in paying over $20 for a cheese pizza. Not worth it.
