I’m new two this area and I’ve tried this location a few times. The first time my pizza was delivered from DoorDash and the driver had my food for over an hour and it was cold. Well tonight the dude was very unprofessional. He had trouble finding my place which isn’t an issue, however I went outside to wait and he pulled up to the wrong place I’ve tested my address many times on gps will take you exactly to my place. However he got into his car and started screaming and cursing and was about to pulled out and I yelled that it’s here. He then lied and said something about an apartment A which isn’t part of my address at all. He was very rude and just kept cussing about my apartment complex.

I came back after 4 years to change my feedback. I will not be trying it again. The last 3 times that I’ve ordered have been terrible. The pizzas always have a ridiculously sized crust that is extremely thin in the center, with all of the toppings piled in the middle. It is disappointing to say the least :/

They really need to hire some drivers, nothing is more aggravating than paying a delivery fee for it to be dordash that shows up to my door without having my pizza be in a freshness box . Food shows up cold and it is atrocious business.

Food is always fresh and delicious! Delivery is always fast! I’m always missing sauces for delivery, but I haven’t had a problem since I started picking the pizza up! Everyone is super nice and I’ve never had to wait long for pizza.

Best Papa John’s in West Virginia!!! I’ve never had them give me the wrong order, my pizza is always hot. Doesn’t matter if I pick it up or have it delivered the pizza is always great!!! Ordered late last night about 45mins before closing time. I hate doing that but I didn’t realize how late it was until after I placed my order. When I walked in to get my pizza I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. As I was paying for my order the manager came over handed me my order. I told them all to have a good night and a safe trip home. To which they all smiled and said you do the same. They could have all been quiet or had a bad attitude because I was “that guy” who ordered at closing time, but they didn’t. It’s situations like these, that show how good of employees you truly have. To have such a good crew, like I seen last night. Can only mean one thing which is that you have a great manager. Thank all of you for a great pizza!!!!
