Ordered small pizza, original crust. THIS is not what I received ! Called to rectify , spoke with Paige. She explained that thin crust was not an option in small pizza… well I’m here to tell you it is! She basically told me I was lying. Your telling me it’s not possible that cook spread the dough too thin!? WHEN I asked for email address I was told they DO NOT HAVE an email address.. SERIOUSLY?! Worse experience with Papa John’s in my life. 2 and a half hour wait, on hold for over 30 minutes for someone to finally answer and tell me my pizza is on its way back over. Wait what? Then she said I can refund your pizza if you like and when the driver gets there just keep the pizza. This kid shows up at my house looking like he has been crawling in mud for 8 days, in the same clothes, half in tears, hands me a stone cold pizza. The kid said all the drivers quit last week and their manager went to the hospital hours ago. (So who answered the phone and pretended to be a manager) I gave the kid five bucks for his trouble, (let’s face it, it’s not his fault) and told him to remind the “manager” I wanted a full refund. I will wait until tomorrow to see if they refund. But I will NOT be wasting my hard earned money at this store ever again. This is unacceptable but any business standards. I’m still angry while eating this cold dead pizza. Thanks Papa John’s for making me think you were the answer for not cooking dinner after a hard day at work.

Ordered online said 40 mins for delivery and got it in 90 mins. Manager reached out to me probably because I complained about it and promised me a free pizza which I’m still waiting on. Good job guys! I’ll order from somewhere else next time where my $4.50 delivery fee with a 25% tip is appreciated.
