Beware! This is false advertisement. We ordered pasta bowl for kids, and we got a dry bowl. We also got a “no refund sorry you ordered this.” You tell me 8.48 for each bowl and not offered a free pizza..smdh. Papa John’s, you won’t get far doing this. The first picture is the advertisement. Food arrived after approximately an hour. Driver did not smile, say hello or thank you. I don’t know what their problem was. I wish I could get my tip back. Maybe my tip was not enough for them??This was the worst pizza I have ever had. It lacked any flavor and was doughy under the toppings. The wings were fine.

Ok. This store redeemed themselves in a big way the last 2 visits. I order for a meeting which requires scheduling ahead. This last time I needed a gluten free pizza added to my order last minute. It wasn’t a problem and it was waiting when I got there.

We placed a carryout order at this papa John’s tonight. Upon entering, no employee said anything, no hello, nothing . As I walked up the counter, the gentleman was talking on his cellphone and never said a word. I told him who I was and that I had an online order. He started looking in the computer and kinda huffed before walking away to get our order. He put our oder down in front of us, which at this point I asked if they had any bags since it was raining hard and we had a lot. He went and got the bags while still on his phone. My son and I placed our order in the bags and left. At no time did he ever say a word or even look in our direction. The food was great as always, but the customer service was horrible. Unfortunately, this seems to be the normal at any food establishment.

Parking at this place was a nightmare, the employees were great 100%, sadly somehow the notification to have my pizza ready at 5:30 was missed and it was made 40 minutes early so it was cold by the time I got it.

I feel like this place is over priced. Yall go up on your prices, and then have drivers out here asking for tips? Seems like none of that extra money went to your workers. Maybe you should pay a worth while wage, instead of making your employees payroll, the customers responsibility. Never eating here again

The pizza we got was great, the wings where good and the service was great but the jalapeno pops where god awful. Dry and had no cheese in them and had white powder stuff all over them. They went right in the trash.

When I came to pick up my order there was employees arguing in the front and they had forgot to make one of the pizzas. I waited 20 minutes for them to make that missing pizza and when I got home it was incorrect. I called the store to ask for a refund on that pizza and the manager came on the line, did not let me say anything, and said “we can credit your account or remake the one pizza, but we will not be refunding or remaking your entire order” I let the manager know that I was not trying to get anything for free and that I did not appreciate her saying that. This was not my mistake and it was not fault they messed up the order but they were still rude to me while I was picking it up and again when I called. Not sure why they were so rude to me but it’s very disappointing when we order from that location all the time. Now I have a store credit for a location I don’t want to visit.
