DO NOT ORDER THE WORKS. The Manager assured me that if you do it will be doughy. Completely worthless if you want to eat it. plenty of vegetables and cheese and other things to hide it though. Ordered it from my phone and picked it up on the way home. Called after I tried to eat it. Even though every other time in the past it has been fine, suddenly it is not gonna be able to be fully cooked. Oh well, guess I will have to try another pizza place. If Papa johns has forgotten how long to cook a pizza, it makes me wonder what else has lost quality.

Awesome pizza but my heart was broken when I spoke with the owners. Awesome couple from India and their having to work 7 days a week just to pay the bills and shut down delivery because they can’t find help. Please be patient and show some support.

We live in an area where we could select from multiple Papa John’s locations. This is by far the best. Order is always right, always cooked well, and toppings look right. Cheese sticks don’t look dry and lack cheese, stuffed crust is cooked well, etc.

First off I was thrilled to finally be able to get pizza delivered to the Moncure area. We have been consistently giving you our business for two years. A few weeks back I found out you no longer were making the pan pizza crust which was the first disappointment. Then tonight I was making my usual Friday night online order. It said we were not in the delivery area. Well that seems strange since we just had pizza delivered last Friday. A call was made to see what was going on. They said we no longer deliver to your area. Obviously this store is under new management. I’m highly disappointed.

I placed an order for 3 shaq a roni pizzas, and an order of cheese bread. It cost me $63.80. These pizza are advertised on t.v. for $13 a piece. I called them and ask them why it cost me this, he said that’s how his computer rang them up. Then I went to papa johns and ask him again why my food was this price and the only thing he kept saying was this is how the computer rang it up.. This is bad business.. Don’t seem to care about their customers at all!

I hope the wait will be worth it and that our pizza will even be warm. We were told 35 minutes and it’s been an hour. I called and someone said that one of the 2 drivers just went home sick. I replied that it would’ve been nice to have known this and she asked if I had received a call about this, and we did not. We do like Papa John pizza, but not this much. We won’t order from this Pittsboro location again.
