The Manager lets their non race employees call employees of color the N****s but always blamed the black workers for staying longer when he told them to clean the store. The closing manager, he helped getting my order correct every time if the closing manager leaves I probably won’t ever go back to Papa John’s again. He showed he cared about every customer whether they were black, white or any other race he always made my pizza fresh. My dough tasted like it wasn’t Fresh like left covered in a trash bag and used the next day. I always watch him make the pizza from scratch he always had flour or whatever on his face. He is the face of Papa John’s. He’s what we need in the world a person that cares about everything whether it’s customers or his co workers and I appreciate him! Thank You Closing Manager

Poor customer service, they accepted our delivery order. Then called us saying they were going to cancel it due to not having a driver. We offered to come pick the order up instead and they said that wasn’t possible and cancelled it anyway. They would’ve gotten a generous tip for letting us come get the food we paid for and will be waiting a minimum of 2 days for a refund. Very disappointed.

Management is incompetent. Screaming at workers while kids are in the shop. Does not know how to efficiently run a store. Workers where all over thd place seemingly confused constantly and it took 45 minutes to get 1 pizza

My parents stopped at this location to pick up pizzas for a surprise party we were having for our son. They called an hour in advance and was given a specific time to pick them up. When they got there the employees didn’t have their order. They were rude and didn’t care. The manager was even worse and basically said…well you can leave. Uh, it was already paid for! Worst customer service you can imagine. The birthday party was delayed due to the incompetence of this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app and it told me what time to get there to pick up the order. Got there in time and there’s a bunch of teenagers telling me I have to wait another 20 mins. No they’re too busy goofing off to get orders done.

None of the workers wear hair nets or hats of any kind. One of the workers at the restaurant was sneezing his head off and never once covered his nose. Will NEVER order from there again. Health dept. needs to shut them down!
