If there was a 0 star I would have giving it to this location….. I ordered a pizza, some wings and a papa bowl at around 3pm, the delivery was made around 4pm. Wrong pizza, so when I called the manger (Derick) he said I’m going to send you a new pizza, an hour later nothing came, my kids where hungry, I called back and Derick said; I’m waiting for door dash to pick it up…. To make the story short, I asked for my money since they didn’t have drivers but he wouldn’t refund me my money because my issue is with door dash according to Derick not papa johns….. don’t order from them and if you do use card not cash so in case you could stop the transaction…… I’m so disappointed of Papa Johns for hiring such managers, and also they lost my business for ever after spending at least few hundred dollars a month with them.

Do you like Papa Johns? Sometimes a papa johns pizza really hits the spot. After several months of not having one i decided to order one and that choice ended up being a good one. Professional, courteous, and an awesome pizza prepared by Sierra was spot on. In fact some locations have terrible parking, but this location is super chill, not congested and perhaps one of the best in the county. Reach out to them today and you’ll be eating that pizza in your car within minutes.

I wish there was an option to give a 0 star rating. We called in an order tonight and were advised that it would be about a 40 min. wait for delivery. No problem at all with that. A hour and 15 min. later we called back to check on the order. We were told by Felicia (the shift manager) that they were waiting on the driver to get back to pick up some orders and that there were about 18 deliveries that needed to be made. My husband said, “so our food has been sitting there with 18 other deliveries”? He told her to just cancel the order. Her response, “you don’t have to get an attitude with me because I’ll block your number from ever ordering from here again” and then she hung up. We called back to the restaurant from my number and spoke with Cody who gave us the girl’s name and said she was the manager on duty. We also got the store managers name (Tasha). Needless to say we will be having a chat with Tasha tomorrow. I understand that there is a shortage of employees in the workforce right now but just because you happen to have a job and obviously hate it does not give you a pass at displaying your horrible customer service attitude! I don’t usually leave reviews, but it todays world when you’re spending more money on things, because of inflations—I’m going to share my experience. I ordered the cheesy bread, which came over cooked and dry. My pizza came soggy, because the garlic sauce apparently exploded, AND the crust is half thin and half regular (not sure how that happens) They forgot our 2-liter. He said he would return, but after 20 mins we still have no Pepsi…

Ordered a large thin crust cheese and a medium tomato and bacon. Cheese pizza was very scarce on cheese light and dry and the medium had very few toppings could not even see the bacon. And to top it all off it was $ 26 friggin dollars. What a rip! Never again. This is the second time out pizzas were so poorly made. If other people are paying this crazy $$$$ for your pizza they are crazy

Loved the Philly cheese Papadilla. Wish you could have more toppings on the create your own. That’s the reason I didn’t give them five stars. GREAT guy working the register. He brought my food out to me when it was ready, which he didn’t have to do. I went back in, asked for the manager, bragged on him, then made sure he knew how much I appreciated what he did with a 20% tip.
