I was able to order four pizzas the day before for pickup. Customer service none, cleanliness none. Employees nonchalant attitude. The two employees I enter acted with couldn’t hear me initially due to earbuds. The infamous “huh” when you ask a question, only to remove the earbud to hear. . With four pizzas I asked for plates as well the employee gave me 3 plates and maybe 3 napkins and walked off to remove pizza from oven with earbud and register hands smh. I waved to get attention of another employee, over the first employee. I was given another ” huh”. She removed her earbud helped with additional plates. Then returned to making more dough without washing hands. Pray over you pizza from this place. First time at this location the outside didn’t look welcoming either.

Purchase nearly $40 in food for pizza with incorrect items on it I ordered wings was given chicken bites lol got a large pepperoni with bell peppers/onion what I received was a pizza with overloaded cold sauce and bell peppers no pepperoni what so ever the order was large pepperoni with bell peppers/onions when I call and try to get it right they told me I could buy another pizza lol like who’s spending another $40 for this smh never will do Papa Johns pizza anywhere period that was done for me best if luck to others

I ordered the Hawaiian pizza, chicken and meatballs pizza, honey chipotle wings, and barbecue wings for dinner. Everyone in my family had diarrhea after eating these including my 21 months old baby. Before this, I never had any complaints with my order but this particular order was terrible. We were all sick for two days.

Disgusting! I picked up my food but I didn’t bother to look to see if they were sealed. It’s only until I open the box and notice two whole pieces missing with no quality seal on the box. This is absolutely unacceptable. They said I would receive a refund but I have to advise others to not eat here. THEY ARE EATING YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU CAN.

I am a delivery driver and I have had different experiences at this restaurant. Some good some not so much. Tonight I’m happy to say that it was a great experience a young man named Quantos ( not sure of spelling) was very kind and considerate. He actually came out to let me know my order was ready. As a restaurant manager I understand stores get busy, or you have people that don’t come in. But that’s no excuse to hang up on someone 3+ times not tell someone they may or may not get their food. Order placed at 10:03 and it’s now 11:53 and the mobile app shows same update since about an hour ago. Tighten up and hire people who want to work !

My order was terrible. I’ve never had a bad pizza from Papa John’s…but that day came Friday the 4th. My Shaq Rio wasn’t fresh. I knew it wasn’t fresh because the garlic sauce wasn’t a sauce…it was hard down solid butter. The Italian meat trio had too many veggies in it and was very watery. So upset…dam near 40 bucks down the drain. Ps..I live 3 min away and ran there once it was ready.
