If I can give zero stars I certainly would. I ordered from them for the first time on Feb 27. When my pizzas came they didn’t have the whole order. I called back and they sent out another driver with one item that was missing. I gave up calling back for the rest. The pizza was horrible and since we had to wait for almost all the order we did not enjoy the cold and very bad pizza we did get. I then contacted Papa johns and complained because it was really horrible and I was getting no where with the actual restaurant. The lady that emailed me told me that they would refund my whole order in 5 to 10 business days. Mind you this was February 27. No refund ever came I contacted her again. she said she would talk to the stores GM again. Still nothing. I sent one last email saying I still haven’t gotten any. She then told me that they are now able to only refund the items I was missing and I should have that by Thursday three weeks ago. I sent one more message saying I’m fed up with this and being told first I was getting a full refund that never came and then a month later being told they can refund just the missing items. Which also never came. So I give up and refuse to ever try them again. I wouldn’t waste your time with them. It’s horrible pizza and an expensive price for yuck and no customer service.

Fresh great pizza & I didn’t know they had great deals like the $6 mix and match deal we grabbed 2 med pep with the Chocolate chip brownie! We was so glad that they had power during the ice storm to get us through the night! The only issue I was not able to choose thin crust as an option but other than that great pizza!

Food was cold. Door dash should never touch food. Didn’t bring my sauces. And didn’t carry change. Complained he had to sit for 40 min waiting on my food and complained he had to go back and get the rest of my order if I was going to pay. I should have ordered Domino’s. Been on hold for 20 min……

Of i could rate zero stars i would.. Everytime i order from here i ask for For Pacific instructions because I have Lupus and I can’t eat underdone food For Pacific instructions because I have Lupus and I can’t eat underdone food or doughy food. The manager Samamtha hung up on this last time.. Ordered 4 pizzas for friends and family get together and had to take 3 back… I feel i am paying my monies and i should get the quality of food i ordered..
