Pretty bad experience here. Worst ever papa John’s experience, personally. We ordered pickup pizza over the phone an hour before they closed. When we showed up the manager and one employee were very rude. They wouldn’t let us in the A/C (hot muggy night). They made a HUGE deal about not letting us in. Soon thereafter they let someone else in to grab their pizza (personal friend of some kind). They did this right in front of us. So we waited outside (where else would we wait after being turned away). They were making ugly, rude faces at us through the windows. When we received our pizza, we asked for extra banana peppers to no avail. We looked at the pizza and it looked really poor. We returned the pizza because we we had genuine health concerns about it (on top of how unappetizing it looked). Nothing but attitude, poor service, and really bad pizza.

We had a pizza and cheese bread delivered to our hotel after a long day on the road. The pizza and cheese bread arrived quickly, and it was piping hot and delicious. Driver was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Papa Johns is slowly dying as a company anyway, they can’t even get or keep delivery drivers.. how can you stay in business if you don’t accept business that’s coming your way, because people aren’t working . Just ordered from here for the first time. There competition doesn’t even answer their phone. I not only talked to a friendly human, she answered all my questions and helped me. Got the pizza home and it was delicious! You now have my business. Thank you for the great customer service!

Kind of annoyed. I ordered pizza online through Papa Johns for delivery. It was suppose to be delivered in 36-46 minutes, it took an hour. It was sent off to DoorDash, I’m assuming it was already made by the time door dash was searching for a driver because it arrived cold. If papa johns is going to assign orders to door dash, they should at least tap the box. The dasher didn’t have my food in a bag, and the box wasn’t taped. I also tipped the dasher in cash, so in their eyes, they were completing an order without a tip. So, I waited an hour instead of 40 minutes, the pizza arrived cold, and through door dash.

I place my orders online through the app, Im only 2 miles away from the store & somehow my pizza is always cold by the time its delivered & even worse sometimes they give the order to doordash without any tamper tabs, without food bags, in some random guys car with his dogs…its disgusting.
