Update, a year later and I had forgotten about this review! Silly me. Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak Papadillas and the new stuffed crust garlic pizza with pepperoni. 1st, the food was piping hot and delivered fast, so good job on that…I will give credit where it is due! The bad, my “Philly papadilla” could have passed for vegetarian. Called, employee relayed message to manager who said they have portion control and to order double meat next time. Your manager sucks and does not understand customer service! Earlier review: Absolutely the most horrific Papa Johns on the face of the planet! When are you open? Nobody knows! Do you deliver? Nobody knows! Is your store still open??? Nobody knows!! Shaq should have your hind ends!! I’d rate it zero stars if I could!!!

I was struggling to move a huge and heavy box from my car to the UPS store, two of your associates DC and Jackson saw me struggling with it, and came out right away to help me carry the box to the UPS store. What great gentlemen! After I finished my business with UPS, I came to your store to get a Pizza called “The Works” for my lunch, and it looks delicious! Can’t wait to enjoy it when I get back home! Been a few years since I have ordered pizza from here because it wasn’t very flavorful compared to the competition. Glad I tried it again today. The Philly pizza was full of flavor and even though the new bites didn’t get great reviews I tried them anyway due to the low price. Chicken bites were full of garlic butter and tasted amazing and the Oreo bites made for an awesome sweet dessert! Order was delivered before the quoted time and my food was still warm!! Great fresh food at a very reasonable price!!!❤️❤️❤️ UPDATE 6/17/2023 Parmesan Crusted Papadilla and Chicken Papa Bites delivered piping HOT and tasted amazing!!!❤️❤️❤️ This location has a team that truly cares about their customers and what they are served!! I ordered thru Grubhub. It’s friday and I expected it to be a while. Right at the hour mark I received my food(NOT GRUBHUBS FAULT) and the pizza was cut wonky and had a massive bubble in the crust. As a previous Papa John’s employee I know the standard this company is kept to within the restaurant and this is absolutely not it at all. Please do better.

Going to give 4 stars because I feel like there is some improvement going on in this store. My Garden Fresh pizza was well cooked, ingredients were well proportioned. DoorDash delivery was fast, order was accurate, and pizza was still nice and warm, and tasted like Papa Johns pizza should.

Don’t waste your time. I placed my order online. The app gave me an estimate of 45-55 minutes. I waited an hour and the app indicated that they hadn’t even started making it yet. I drove there and there were about 10 people waiting inside and a line stretching out the door. I cancelled my order. This has happened two other times to me in the past few months. I’m done.
