We placed an order for 50 pizzas to be delivered 2.5 miles away. The manager was aware of the timing of the delivery more than a week in advance, and confirmed the exact order 2-3 days in advance. We get a phone call about 10 minutes before delivery explaining that there were no drivers available. We had to find a staff member who was free at the moment and had a vehicle large enough to handle 50 pizzas. Not going to order from this store again.

Was 2 stars at first. Then I realized the two separate 8pc wing flavors I ordered were just 1 flavor. It was supposed to be an 8pc of hot lemon and 8pc buffalo. Even asked for buffalo sauce and ranch and just got 2 ranch. The wings with the amount of sauce is a joke. Hardly warm. I’m done with this place.

If management can’t staff the store maybe they need to adjust hours. We called in a pizza after 11pm for pick up. When we got there we saw there were several others waiting inside. Turns out there was only one employee working and two “volunteers” who came in to get their pizza and felt bad for the woman and pitched in behind the counter (they made an excellent pizza and provided friendly service). The place was a disaster inside but we felt sense of community and witnessing the best of humanity. But while in the parking lot, the police knocked on my window asking if I had seen a car-that was unnerving.

Pizza was decent. But one of the pizza’s we ordered was a 5 topping large. And when they arrived the 5 toppings turned out to be 3 toppings. We noticed all the bad reviews and should have let that been the reason not to order. We did and saw that all the bad reviews was accurate.

This place can’t read orders!! They gave me the wrong pizza and forgot to give the driver my Pepsi for my son, also the pizza they gave and the chicken Parmesan looks like frozen box food that you buy at the store! THANK YOU BRANDON!! One of the managers. I messed up the order…wrong store..wrong address and had to call 3 stores to find the order. (live in Knightdale but my account is set up for the business) Brandon answered the phone…told me not to worry about it…(I think it had already started cooking) He was really kind and professional and explained my refund timeframe. I was beside myself of the stupid error I had made and he really was so nice and told me it was ok. I will continue, on a corporate level, to do business with his store. THANK YOU!!!

Ordered for delivery online. After placing my order it finally showed the wait time (an hour or more). I called the store and asked if I could change my delivery to pick up because I did not want to wait that long and my family had been looking forward to pizza all week. The woman on the phone was nice but said it was already sent through DoorDash and unfortunately I’d have to wait. A woman pulled up to my house and handed me my pizza. I noticed my sticker was off of my pizza box and my food looked like it was thrown all around. My family can’t eat this and we are so upset tonight. Thankfully I’m getting a refund. Won’t order from here ever again. 🙁
