Well we havent ordered here in months! The last 2 times we ordered here the pizzas barely had any topping and one looked horrible! The manager did contact us and we responded but never heard back. I guess the workers dont do a quality check on the pizza they make. Papa Johns used to be by far the best pizza place but not anymore!

They rocked 10 pizzas out for me fast. This particular branch is good. I didn’t like that someone from a foreign country call center took my order. There was language barrier issues and a complete sense of being out of touch with the particular branch. If not for that I’d give 5 stars

Went there after going to another puzza restaurant where they lied about the price.Papa Johns told the truth about their pizza. I got a plain cheese and 3 garlic sauce. My stomach hurts. Im full, I need a mint.The pizza was sooooooo good. Cheese full flavor+ the garlic sauce… Oh gosh. I go at night when only 1 guy is at the front and the others are in the back cleaming. Very professional friendly staff. Some years ago I got a pizza there every wednesday, delivered where I work by a Nigerian in a Mercedes. Everyone laughed and talked about it. Even upper management laughed and said our delivery guys show up in old bomb cars and you get pizza delivered to you by a guy from Nigeria in a Mercedes. Love the people there. I miss the Nigerian delivery guy.

Not a good experience tonight. Ordered two pizza bowls. Said it would be 45 minutes. We arrived for the carry out and they finally said it was in the oven – 1 hour after I got the online confirmation. Pizza bowl was good, but lousy customer service.

These folks were hit with an overwhelming order surge on Christmas Eve. They were amazing in trying to meet the public’s needs and orders. Papa johns is good I got to give it to them. BUT the fact that you have to call or go in almost every time you do the drive up pick up is crazy just get rid of that option! Then I ordered a pizza and whoever made it put more bacon on there then sauce, cheese, and hardly any pepperoni messing up the pizza and taste it’s terrible! And the bacon was put on top of the sauce and it was piles of it I had to get under the cheese and take it off!

I love Papa Johns so I’m not rating the food. I ordered DoorDash because they do not deliver in my area. Confirmed was the order status at 6:42 , I didn’t get to enjoy my meal until 8:14!!! TWO dashers tried to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready ! Very disappointed!
