Ordered through door dash and got the wrong pizza! I asked for the cheesy Alfredo pizza and got cheesy breadsticks with marinara and called the store spoke with ken. Very rude and nasty and honestly didnt allow me to talk and talking over me. You personally made my Alfredo pizza but I got breadsticks. I will never order from them again!

Super long wait time. Domino’s definitely has them beat on time and delivery wait. Ordered thick crust and got thin. Pizza was burnt and so were the jalapeño poppers. But Even though the pizza was burnt it still tasted better then dominos. After an hour of waiting I called and they told me I could come pick it up for half the price so I did that and my 3 stars go to how nice the guy at the front desk was. Other then him.. pretty bad experience

I ordered at 7:08 was quoted 38-48 minutes, called the store at 8:50 and food still hadn’t arrived, asked for a refund since it was taking so long was told they don’t do refunds because they don’t garuntee delivery times. Asked for corporates number he said it was fee to find online and hung up. Very rude and very unprofessional. Will not be ordering again. 2 hours for 1 pizza and breadsticks shouldn’t be happening.

Ordered the epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and we got ONE, SINGLE pepperoni on it!! Pepperoni wasn’t even in the crust like it’s suppose to be!! This is my second time ordering from this papa John’s, both times they’ve messed up, so this will be my last time!!

Ordered 2 pizzas first time only one showed up so called then second time pizza was made completely wrong! Was told to call back today at 5 called and was told to call back in 30-45 min 2 different times and finally got to speak with the manager and he says he made sure my pizza was made right when I have a picture of it completely wrong then goes to say all he can do is send out my pizza now over 24hrs later!!

After everything, the pizza took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. But time it arrived, it was barely warm and it was dried out (like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for too long). Since I signed up to get alerts, I was tracking my pizza and it said it was arriving in a timely manner. However, it had been “arriving” for over 20 minutes so I called the store. The first lady I spoke with “checked on the status” and said the driver was 10 minutes out. 25 minutes pass and nothing. So I call again to just cancel the order and get refunded. This time I spoke with someone else. She informed me that according to her system, the pizza was delivered so it must’ve been delivered to the wrong address. She offered to remake the pizza. Which I went ahead and accepted. However, she called right back saying that there was a “malfunction” with the driver and that the pizza was actually on its way. So we eventually got the pizza, by this time, the quality was terrible. Very dried out and hardly warm. We ate it because we were hungry (after waiting almost 2 hours). But it was not good. I did end up filling out a survey they emailed. It allowed me to ask for someone to contact me regarding my terrible experience. It’s been at least 3weeks and still nothing. Needless to say, we will not be back.

First time in a while to order from Papa Johns. I ordered online through Papa John’s website to be delivered. At 7:07pm I get text that door dash is on the way with my order. The Papa Johns tracker showed the driver go the opposite direction of my house and then stopped moving 25 minutes away. I waited as it sat there nearly an hour. The status changed to delivered and the vehicle still hadn’t moved. I called the Papa Johns I ordered from to find out what was going on with my order and the manager said I would have to take it up with Door Dash because it was out of their hands. I asked for a refund because I didn’t order through Door Dash and I shouldn’t have to take it up with them. If they choose to use doordash as their delivery service then they should take it up with them, not me. They responded again with, take it up with Door Dash. I will never order from this store again.
