Emily was super nice ! I made a personal mistake that had nothing to do with the restaurant and even though it was too late to fix it and take the toppings off that I decided I didn’t want, she let me know that if I can wait a little longer she would remake the whole thing and resend it out. Definitely was not the customer service I expected based off of other papa John’s I’ve visited, but this was a super nice surprise.

Shout out to the Harris Square location for providing excellent customer service this evening! There was an accident with my order, but Natasha and the rest of the crew on the shift worked together and made it right. I ended up having to wait longer for my order but they were very apologetic and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience. That kind of customer service is very rare these days, especially in the pizza fast food industry. Thank you Papa John’s and everything tasted great!!!

Trust me when I say that I rarely write negative reviews but after what I witnessed this evening I can safely say that we will NEVER be ordering from this place again. We ordered the ultimate stuffed crust pizza and the cinnamon pull aparts and they only delivered the pizza to us and stated that they were not doing desserts right now. If this is the case then they should not have it on the menu but if they don’t make deserts then why charge us for it? When we asked for a refund they said they would not give it to us and when we asked why they said they tried to call us about it and we didn’t answer the phone. What does this have to do with good customer service and refunding money for something that they did not make for us to begin with? It does not hurt to return money for something they did not even make or send to us. So when we asked to speak with the manager they said the manager told them they are not going to change their mind. We again asked to speak with the manager directly and the employee put us on hold. We were in the line for a long time and they answered the phone and immediately hung it up! My husband had to go to the restaurant to address the situation directly. When he got there, the manager was extremely rude and acted like it was his fault that we were charged for something that they did not even have. We should not have even been charged for this to begin with if they did not have it but manager Qan maintained that he would not be able to refund us for the food that we never received. He was unapologetic and extremely rude. Obviously not manager material. The staff there do not appear to care about the customers or have any integrity about their job responsibilities. We will not be back!

I love and prefer to only order at the Harrisburg location. They have better service and pizzas…..BUT….tonight I went to order….$65 worth and was excited to order the new papa bowl bc I prefer the toppings anyways lol…BUT….wow….just wow….$7.99 for a literally paper thin amount of alfredo sauce, a few pieces of chicken,spinach,tomatoes and pineapple and some cheese on top that was literally burnt to the side of the bowl….nothing like the picture….not even 1/2….VERY DISAPPOINTED in this order. I gave 4 starts bc the guy at the restaurant was polite as always and the order was hot and correct just NOT happy with the serving size of the bowl. Pizza was cold. Dropped off by a door dash driver that left it at my front door without ringing the doorbell. No notification from papa John’s or door dash. And they forgot my other pizza. I called to see how they were going to make this right and they said we aren’t going to replace the cold pizza because we have no delivery drivers. Cool. Thanks for nothing. I will never order from here again and I truly hope the rest of you do not as well. Support other local businesses.
