Absolutely terrible, we found a piece of skin in our marinara sauce, not the prepackaged ones they used to carry. Instead of apologizing the staff tried to tell us the pizza was fine because it comes from a different source, and then be told we could get a credit for free pizza. Finally the manager said he would void the transaction but not once was there an apology or anything.

Probably understaffed but the young man up front today did an absolutely amazing job. I want to say that the interior of that restaurant is way too hot for working conditions. It was at least 90° in that restaurant with these teenagers making pizzas and doing their best. I’m going to order a pizza in 2 weeks and if I show up there and it’s that hot I’m going to report this restaurant to OSHA and the department of Labor for our county. Figure out how to make that space cooler for these kids. Or I’ll blow it up.

PJ’S is a great backup dinner plan when I can’t get to my favorite pizza spot. I do not love anyone’s cheese sticks more than Papa John’s. EVERYONE in the store was friendly and accommodating. I think they make great pizza because their ingredients really are the tastiest! Oh, their menu has expanded as well. So if you don’t want pizza, there are other PJ items to choose from.

Wanted to update my review. It’s true several times in a row the pizza tracker was off and the place was crazy busy. But I have to admit I still go there a lot. Dominoes was way worse in terms of speed. Last few times Papa’s has really been quick and practically handing it to me when I walk through the door. Much improved!

Ordered 2 pizzas and was told 60 minutes delivery time. After 90 minutes called and they hadn’t even made the pizzas yet. Went to store to pick them up. They wouldn’t refund the delivery fee or the tip for the driver. Told the manager that they just lost a customer and their response was who cares. Horrible customer service. Will never order from here again.

Wow. How does this place get 2.8 stars? Abysmal service filled with lies, promising your pizzas in “15 minutes”. I had my kids go pick up the pizzas only to be siting in the parking lot for 75+ minutes, waiting beyond the expected “ready” time. I finally drove up only to be chastised for not being happy with the service I was paying for. An employee with zero life experience snapped at me after I told the manager that he was not doing his job – he wasn’t. His employees may have been struggling, but he was not leading them into success. It’s a sad business in this location. The employees and management don’t seem to have any incentive to work harder and push pizzas out the door on busy nights. They rely on their hourly rates and don’t care if they earn it. Sad and pathetic. Why would I expect anything else in todays world?

This place is terrible. Used to love the location but they have gone way downhill. We dropped $50 on 3 pizzas and everyone of them was messed up. Pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni on it. Philly cheese steak with hardly any toppings. Paid for extra cheese and had slices with no cheese on them when I got home. None of their staff cares at all about giving their customers good food. Incredible that they pay people to be this incompetent/disrespectful. Will never give them another penny.

Expect long wait times and rude staff. Order is ready when they say so, and sometimes it sits on the warmer rack 20min before they realize it’s yours. Pizza is generally not great at all, and customer service is non-existent. Place used to be under different management, and it was way better back then. Take my advice, do not go.
