Tony Pepperoni was so helpful and kind to us! We had a mix up and ordered our pizzas at a different location on accident and Tony told us not to worry and had our pizzas ready in 15 minutes and canceled the pizzas at the other location. Upon entering the restaurant and asking for crush red peppers plus garlic onion powder packets Kaylie Robinson gave me one of each for a 16” inch pizza New Yorker Pizza . I asked her could i have a few more packets since i have a big 8 slice pizza . She said “ no because of the economy and we can only give one of each packet “. I said i understand that but i have a 16” pizza these packets will only have enough utilization at best for 1-2 slices of an 8 slice of pizza pie. She shrugged her shoulders and said not my call. Then she didnt provide a receipt i had to go back in and get a receipt . Such lackluster customer service . I have been to this location several times and this is a new rule and i have never been treated like this before . It appears she is the general manager so i thought she would have better customer service.

My family like Papa Johns Pizza, but not from this store. I have ordered many times from this store. Every time it came with dry crest with less cheese, different toppings placement than what I ordered. And also if I chose Driveup Pickup, no body will come and give ontime that took more than 15 mins. Nowadays they don’t have Driveup pickup sign infront of their store. Overall they have to improve everything from the quality to service.

Despite it being a crazy Friday night, Tony and all the other staff that I didn’t get their names were fantastic. Extremely friendly and personal with each customer. AND my pizza was ready 30 minutes before the expected time. Good customer service is hard to find now days and this staff working Friday night has it figured out. Thank you Tony and staff!

The customer service is terrible! I work for Door Dash and the customer service guy asked me for the name of the customer , I showed him my phone and he tried to grabbed my phone I requested not to touch my phone and he went mad, he slammed the pizza on the counter and then said: “GET OUT OF HERE! “ in an aggressive tone of voice. When I tried to say anything he repeatedly shouted “GOODBYE! GOODBYE!” On the same aggressive tone of voice Over and over. I felt so threatened, with him looking over me that when I left the store my knees were shaking, and my adrenaline pumping. I have never in my life been spoken to with such raw aggression

My boyfriend picked up our pizza and TONY MADE HIS NIGHT. he said it was slammed and Tony was so friendly and fun. He gave amazing customer service to other people in the busy restaurant. We even got our pizza 30 mins early!! GO SEE TONY!!

Thrash place. Guy working there treated us so bad for asking for some plates and he said he will no take cash because they got no change and when we asked if we can split cash and card he said he can’t do it. Was so rude telling us go get plates from somewhere else. I called them 2 hours back asking if they will give us some plates and the lady said yes. It was larger order. I called the customer service and filed a complaint and they replied saying we asked for 35 plates and he offered us 25 actually we asked for 10 plates and he said they got no plates. Also lying about the guy offered to split the payment and we denied it. Please avoid this place. When I was telling my friends about this experience few of them shared their nightmares.

Tony Pepperoni (that’s what he asked me to call him) and his crew were on it Friday night. My pizza was ready before the app’s original ETA. When I entered I was greated immediately with a pleasant hello. I’m not from this neighborhood, so to make it feel as if I’ve been going there for years felt quite nice. I haven’t had much luck with this restaurant, but tonight, had a great one due to Tony Pepperoni!! He is a definite asset to this company, his attitude, and most importantly customer service is top notch!! He was wonderful, helpful and kind from beginning to end all with a smile!!
