If your looking for some pizza this place is iffy sometimes I’ve had pizza that was good her and I have had some pizza that the cheese was spoiled and when I called them they told me that was impossible everyone who had ordered the night we had bad cheese all 6 of us got sick

Had a great experience at this location today. Simone at the front register was very professional and even assisted us in taking our eight pizzas and four two liter drinks to the car. Great service. And the pizza was devoured by the Soldiers too

Delivered the wrong pizza and when I called them about it they blamed the delivery driver and refused to make me another pizza or give me my money. Plus the pizza I received wasn’t cut. Management argued with me on the phone for 5 minutes. Poor service, even worse customer experience. Tried contacting the area manager and never got called back. I’ll never order from any papa johns again.

I called yesterday evening and was going to stop by and pick up my order while I was heading into work. All I wanted was a sandwich (papadilla) which is what I’ve ordered several times before in the past. To my surprise this time, the person I was talking to on the phone said that a $10 minimum order is required, and since my order only came to $7 , I needed to order something else. I didn’t encounter this requirement before, and wished to speak to a manager. He wanted to know what the problem was, and I said I just needed to speak to a manager. He put me on hold and then came back and said that if I wanted, he could connect me with someone at the main office.

Tried to leave a review on the Papa John’s app that never works but I guess this will work. Second time with terrible service, not only was their timing way off but I also paid a tip through Papa John’s app which I’m not sure will go to actual driver seeing as they are having door dash deliver because they are short on drivers and if not Papa John’s just got extra money for an already over priced single pepperoni pizza. Also when I was concerned looking for those simple inquirys to be answered they supposedly put me through to a manager who answered the phone by saying “who am I speaking to?!” I responded “hello? I’m sorry I was being transferred to a manager” to which she sharply replied “SPEAKING.” Um okay cool even though I wasn’t sure seeing as you didn’t introduce yourself with a name stating who you are, she also didn’t answer questions and was unapologetic to the fact it wasn’t my fault y’all said delivery in 30 min and it’s been an hour and a half. Hate your job?! Then find another one, you are in the service industry and should not disrespect people like that. I get it, I waited tables for 7 years but ALWAYS sucked it up and had a smile on my face. TERRIBLE SERVICE AS USUAL
