On Saturday, June17 @ approximately 4pm I went to Papa John’s on Reilly Road to order dinner. A very rude brunette female with piercings let me know with her tone and her words I was not welcome. I asked if she was ok and that set her off even more. It appeared as if she was overwhelmed and me walking in only added to her stress. I haven’t been treated like a pest while spending my money in a while. She was so rude I refused to have that nastiness dripping all over my pizza… energy is contagious! If you see her at the counter I advise you to keep walking. I drove to Hungry Howies and saved $7!

Worst service ever. Employee was rude, with attitude and made me feel stupid after giving information needed three times for her to understand ( I am Spanish but I talk very clear English). It was a female with piercings. Accused me of having an attitude when she was the one being nasty to me with no need. I am more than disappointed. If I could give zero stars I WOULD. Plus as I read few reviews I can see this is normal for her to be so nasty to customers.

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. They do not have enough drivers and door dash is 100% unreliable. A door dash employee picked up my order and did not deliver it so Papa Johns had to re-make my order and dispatch a new driver. By the time the food arrived it was cold and I didn’t have condiments. I ordered at 6:45 pm and received my food at 8:30 pm.

EDIT: My original post was written 2 years ago. I have been ordering from them, and the crust is always hit or miss. Now, I JUST had a delivery from them and it’s not good. The crust is not fluffy, but rather almost looks like I ordered a thin crust pizza when I did not. It’s disappointing.

Walked into store just now 1pm Saturday April 29 and stood there for over 5 minutes at the counter and no employee was visible in the store. I yelled is anyone in here and a woman popped her head around the corner and then went back to where she was. We just walked back out after waiting about 2 more minutes.

Ok so here we go again another Restaurant where the managers go in and update bogus charges to your credit card after purchase. I purchased pizza for my kids yesterday afternoon my total was $53.73 after using my $10.00 in papa dough, I received an email this morning 8:45 a.m. saying the purchase price was updated to $60.00. Now, I have disputed the charge and as soon as the corporate office picks up the phone they will be hearing from me. I stopped buying from Papa Johns years ago and this just made me remember why I am officially DONE, DONE with Papa Johns.
