I should have known from the reviews but I tried. This is a 10 inch pizza which is pretty small and cost me $14. 2/6 slices had nothing on them due to the giant air bubble. I wish they would have remade the pizza instead of saying “oh well” and sending it anyways. The pizza tasted good tho

My experience was nice tonight. The whole team was hustling hard to get orders taken care of. With today’s society it was nice to see. Take it from someone with more than 2 reviews. We are all human. And as you wait remember the ones that don’t get to eat before complaining to hard

Papa Johns is one of the busiest restaurants I have visited in the area as a delivery driver. My last visit was indescribable! There was ONE female worker BY HERSELF. No one went to help her and the orders were pouring in. It was hot in the building and absolutely impossible for her to do everything! I called corporate and they told me because I’m a driver I’m not a customer and i couldn’t file a complaint. I called the company I work for and they told me they would just unassigned the order from me. If anyone has the opportunity – PLEASE complain about the treatment of their staff! It was not only too much of a workload for one person – it was completely unsafe for her well being and the store. It was just downright wrong!

I ordered delivery and the driver forgot the main item in my order. Stopped him before he left to ask about the item. After he left realized the delivered cold pizza and missing food. Called the store and was told that I would get refunded but never did. I contacted the corporate office who said there was probably a delay. Never received a refund. Would not recommend and I will not be ordering anything from them again.

The amount of times I’ve ordered from Papa John’s and they still continue to not get the sauces correct is staggering. Read the whole ticket. It’s not that hard. Don’t auto train your employees to include marinara with breadsticks. Sometimes people want other stuff. Very simple concept. Get it right. I’m drunk

This Papa John‘s is horrible!!! Call was made to order a pepperoni and beef pizza. Waited about an hour to get the pizza only for the pepperoni topping to be only on a few slices and the beef thrown in the middle of the pizza not spread throughout the pizza. I could have gotten a better pizza at Little Caesars. I called the store, after talking to someone on the central line, and the lady had me on hold after I told her of my complaint for about thirty minutes. I didn’t receive a call back nor were my concerns addressed. The customer service for this location is not up to the quality that Papa John’s say that they work hard to achieve. I’m writing this review because everyone needs to know about this horrible service and I am hoping that they are able to make a change in their standards of service before this location is closed down like so many other restaurants in Aberdeen/Southern Pines area. I don’t plan to eat here anymore.

I only order pizza from this Papa John’s location. They treat me like gold, pay attention to my requests and always help me find ways to save money on my orders. I don’t order well done cooked anymore because it can burn the pizza crust sometimes, and regular baking is just fine. It always arrives hot and fresh by a friendly delivery person. I try to order around peak times so I don’t end up 3rd in line. Sometimes things happen, but the store always makes it right for me. Develop an ordering relationship with this store and you will see what I mean. Pick the store closest to your home or go pick up for maximum temperature control. And remember that a pleasant attitude will get you farther in life than being upset at mistakes that sometimes happen. Enjoy your next pizza!
