I love their crustless pizza bowls. The only issue I have is with their survey. I have filled out a survey twice and when I use the promo code for my free papadias it says it is not valid and no it has not expired. Why offer a free product and waste my time if you are not going to follow through. I may stop at another Papa Johns in the future, but I do not think I will go back to the Dunn location which is very convenient to me.

What I noticed about this Papa Johns is that the pizza is a hit or miss according to who makes it. Toppings could be just right for the money paid. Other times I am left in disbelief of the mediocre quantity of toppings.

I come to this location in Dunn very regularly today I was extremely disappointed. A piece of my cheese stick was missing and they don’t have enough cheese or cut correctly. Please make chief keef cutting the pizzas where a hair net. His 16 inch dreads were getting all over my pizza and he wasn’t wearing gloves. For the love of god please get people to put some garlic sauce and pepper in my box. I don’t pay 50.00 for nothing.

My family are frequent customers with papa John’s until today. Dunn store is very rude on the phone when I placed my order and there excuse for being rude when I told them was because they are short staff and only have three people working. I guess we will be going to domino’s from here on out.

Basing off my experiences they seem to be the best pizza chain for delivery. They are the only one who deliveries out to me unlike dominos or pizza hut. Is the pizza the best locally? It depends on my mood. However they are the best when it comes to reward points, and not to mention the free garlic sauce
