You would think and hope that all franchise restaurants are all run the same and the food is the same but unfortunately that is not reality. I have had a great experience at this Papa Johns location. I actually have a closer Papa Johns near my home but I order from this location because it is run much better. So far I have no complaints. The food is as expected and as it should be.

Used online hotel zip code to order pizza, went to both locations on Oleander only to realize the order was in another city. The 5814 location was very empathetic and offered to make the order. They could’ve easily turned away these vacationers away. I was hungry and distraught and the customer service helped ease my frazzled mind. The pizza was delicious too. Thank you to the men who went the extra mile.

They consistently get our order wrong, tonight I paid 40 dollars for a large 5 topping and a cheese bread with some extra sauces, peppers and seasonings, and I received a small pizza with 3 toppings and a cheese bread. I called and talked to a manager and she told me there were so many calls tonight about wrong orders that in order to fix it I needed to come into the store, which I was unable to do, since I ordered my pizza for delivery since my car is in the shop. When I told the manager that she laughed and hung up on me. Worst experience I’ve ever had when ordering food

If you want a great local Papa John’s in town you can go to this one! We had a terrible experience at the Papa John’s near Dawson Street so we called this location and hit a home run! We didn’t have to talk to anyone in a call center, our order was correct and ready very fast, the staff was friendly and they applied a coupon to save us some money which I returned to them in the form of a tip!
