Holy cow the service was bad. I walked in for an online order, said the name the order was under and was simply met with an “I don’t have an online order.” Dude put his AirPod in and went right back to what he was doing. Stood there awkwardly for another 5 minutes with zero assistance from employees. I wasn’t expecting 5 star service from a Papa Johns probably paying minimum wage but good lord this experience gave me abandonment issues, I felt like a lost puppy in a big city. His music must have been damn good.

This location is terrible this is the third time this year I have waited patiently in an busy time for deliveries ( an hour to an hour and an half ) only to have my order cancelled when the app says my order is out for delivery leaving me to figure out another option for food. Don’t waste your time find another option.

Last time it took three hours to get a part of my delivery order. Called a few times then, and they said “it’s just that kinda night”. Tonight we tried calling to see if we if it would be a speedier delivery. They picked up the phone and put it down, no answer.. Just pickup and slap back down, without successfully hanging up. You could hear them about Landfall, just general chatter. Not going to try this location again… Although Papa John’s is generally very good.

Was double charged for order, after an hour I called to check status as it never arrived. Was told it was on the way, after another hour I called back, employee said “d*** thats crazy i quit” then hung up. My phone calls were then ignored and order never arrived.

Last 3 orderers late. Understaffed is excuse. No communication. We could have picked it up if we knew. Pizzas sitting there and only one driver. Ordered 2 hours before we needed the pizza and still late. They say understaffed. Who’s fault. Normally understaffed means bad management and/or pay.

I love Papa John’s but this location needs some training in proper food prep space etiquette. As I pulled up this afternoon to pick up my order, I see a young lady in the prep area running both of her hands through her hair adjusting it with a band. By the time I got to the door she had unfurled her hair again and was redoing it. I proceeded to ask her why was she doing her hair in the prep area; she didn’t respond nor did the manager offer any explanation. Needless to say, I decided that I would pass on the order.

They took my order 30 minutes before closing time. I drive there to pick up my pizza, and they told me they didn’t make it because they had already sent their dishes back to be washed and “didn’t want to give me a wet pizza.” If you are going to close half an hour early, don’t take anymore orders. So annoyed. Ordered from Domino’s down the street. They not only took my order, but they actually cooked it, too! Yay Domino’s. Booo Papa John’s.

Don’t even bother with this location!! I love papa John’s but this store is unreliable to a point where I don’t want to order anymore. I’ve had delivery’s take over 2 hrs and just today placed an order for a specific time that was later cancelled. Did I get a call to let me know…of course not I tried to track my order which was no where to be found. I actually had to look at my credit card to see it was charged and eventually refunded. Also you can try and call but they’re closed at 7:30pm when there hours are supposed to be until 10. Sadly this is not the first time and maybe shame on me for giving them multiple chances yet I have never seen a business less reliable.
