I’ve had good experiences here! Just sad that I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight, and I never got a text message or a knock at the door to let me know my pizza was on the front porch, so it sat out there for I don’t know how long and was worried about bugs getting on my food outside + it being cold.

First off, this is the third time that something has gone wrong with my order from this store. The first time, they ended up canceling my order because they were closed even though I ordered two hours before hand. Second time, they claimed they couldn’t find my address even after giving directions and this last time, my pizza arrived and it smelled like complete cigarettes. This entire time, it was supposed to arrive at 10:15, but it came at 11:01 with the pizza box opened. I will not order from here again. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Order food from this establishment, waited an 1hr 1/2, trying to be understanding. Give them a call to see where my order was she claimed to have had a driver come out to our address, which there never was any i sat on my porch and turn the light on. After she said that, she than said we didnt put an address, then saying they didnt deliver in our area after that. Which was boggled me because of the initial statement, that a driver came to my address! Also sending out a email saying it was delivered. Than proceeded to say she called several times to cancel the order. Never received one phone call. This is poorly handled and the management seem as if it didnt even matter not even an apology. You will no longer get my business! Sad to see people that do not take pride in thier work anymore.

I ordered online at 6:30 didn’t get half my order till 9 and it was cold and looked like it had been dropped. After 6 phone calls the rest of my order showed up around 11 and instead of cheese sticks I was given a cheese pizza. Was promised a refund by shift manager but had to speak to regional manager Karen today which she had no time to speak to me. Terrible service at this location. Was hung up on by the person working the phones while manager Karen was ducking the phones. If you have a complaint about this store report it under customer service on the papa John’s website. Management at this location is to busy to deal with it’s customers that fell victim to the terrible service of this store and door dash since they can’t be bothered to hire delivery drivers either.
