You can’t call this store directly, you have to go through a call center. On this particular time, I was placing a delivery order for to be sent to my husband for lunch on his birthday. I asked the guy at the call center if they could put the pepperoni in the shape of a heart in the middle. He didn’t understand at first but then was like sure we can do that but let me transfer you to the store to convey my request. The guy answers and just says no we can’t, we won’t be able to do that right now. I said you’ll be putting them on anyway but instead of throwing them on this time, you’ll have to take a couple more seconds to put them in a shape he finely said fine yeah I’ll do it. Told me the price and was just short, rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service. Then after all that, hung up on me when I tried to ask if he got the address. Always seem to be rude guys here.

Waited 45 minutes for a pizza to be told it would 30 to 45 more minutes. It should not take 1 1/2 hours to make two pizzas. Not to mention the staff working were inebriated to the point of seeing and smelling the alcohol and marijuana. I really wonder if corporate even cares to respond this with a telephone number to call? Most likely not..

What a horrible experience, 40 minutes to cook two pizza’s for pick up. Gave them an hour due to the fact it was Friday. Some half stoned kid says it’ll be another 30 minutes as they havent started my order yet. Absolutely deplorable service. Five employees working the pizza line and moving at a snail’s pace. Not to mention they snickered and thought it was amusing. I’m willing to bet quite a sum that the corporate office could care less. Also did I mention it was filthy inside, I mean filthy. THESE KIDS WORKING THERE WERE INTOXICATED. Careful who cooks for your family. I can guarantee corporate or franchise owners will never respond to this with a working telephone number, if so I could contact them and we could make this situation right. I bet not though.

I work literally in the same plaza as this place. I walked into to place an order which I had already placed before at this establishment again. I ask for the carry out only deal, which I had just gotten not even two days ago. The man taking my order said that they don’t have that deal which is a lie. The dude doesn’t wish to do his job correctly, being a former papa John’s employee myself. As well as someone who has work at other Pizza establishments this is disappointing to see.
