This was my first time ordering from this location. My order was delivered 10 minutes earlier than they estimated, and it was very fresh and hot! The girl that took my order by phone was pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! I cold not be more pleased. Ii will never ever order pizza from the papa Jones in Valdese nc ever again. This pizza. I pre paid for. Came too get it .n. my God. I’ve loved papa John’s pizza all my life 1st they s3nt my puzA I’d already pd for. Out with a driver. Had to wait on the dri er to come back she comes hands the pizza. I come straight back home . N it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever. Tried to taste could not eat. Even re heating it didn’t help its terrible it tadte like card board or something 23$ I called them and complained n simply ask for my money back shegot an attitude with me . Said well she’d tell the manager / owner n hung up on me she even admitted her driver had grabbed the pizza up and took another 20 min ride so. I want my money back n do not worry I’ll never. Eat or call this nasty pizza Pl again

I was pretty much forced to give the driver a 53% tip when I told the lady on the phone that I had to have change,that was half the reason for ordering was to get change fora twenty so driver shows up no change at all not even a couple nickels and makes out that it’s my fault for ordering so late.well don’t take the order then at 1030 when you close at 11 so I paid 40.00 for my 22.00 order so that will be the last tip you ever get from me.

I am usually very fond of this store. But today was a bit under what I was expecting. My pizza came burnt, along with my garlic knots and my Oreo paparolls. Plus I was missing 1 of my knots and my Oreo things. And they didn’t bring me my drink. I pay a lot of money to eat this pizza and the level of quality has not been there as of late.

If I could give this 0 stars I most certainly would! My wife and I have been on an all plant diet and we decided that our cheat meal would be the NEW Papa Bowl from your location. My experience was very very unsatisfying to say the least! The Chicken Alfredo bowl looked as though it was half eaten and the Meat Trio bowl might as well been soup! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this representaion of ypur establishment! I would very much like for this situation to be rectified at your earliest convenience!
