Ordered at 845pm, charged my card twice no call no show. I get it if you order 15min before closing but an hr and 15min, come on. Further more, I was 3 blocks from the location, horrible customer service. Get your pizza some where else.

Would have left zero stars if possible. We Placed an order 15 till closing on the app and the order went through and charged us the money. Just to have them call right after to say that they couldn’t make a pizza because they turned their ovens off… The guy had a disrespectful tone and acted rude for the whole 45 seconds that the call lasted.This isn’t the 1st time something like this happened with this papa John’s but it will be the last time we order.. disgraceful company, not sure how they are still open

I’ve done both take-out & delivery with similar service. Food is tasty, but service certainly lacking (as seems to be EVERYWHERE these days)!!! Today’s take-out is the 4th time that Sauce was left out of my Papadilla!! When I called to let the manager know (Again!) – I got a “Sorry, He’s a new guy from another store – Nobody wants to work anymore.” I was welcome to return there to pick up my sauce, but delivery for the mistake was NOT an option for her! (2:00pm Tuesday – Not a rush hour) Customers obviously don’t need to be happy!
