I know, the store itself seems a little rundown. But don’t let that fool you! The pizza is delicious, the staff is courteous and service is fast! I highly recommend! Due to covid they are currently only allowing one customer in the store at a time. But order online and the pizza will be ready by the time you arrive. Or there’s always delivery!

I’ve ordered delivery from here for a while now, 2 years ago it was fine. Every time I’ve ordered in the last few months though, it takes over an hour every time to get the delivery, sometimes 2 hours. Food is always cold and soggy. I understand being busy, but to wait 2 hours for cold soggy food? Unacceptable. They never answer the phone either. When I finally did get a hold of a manager he said they only had one driver and that an hour and a half wait for delivery was actually Quick for that night. What??

I normally love papa johns especially since they are the only ones that deliver to my home. But I have tried to order a delivery order for two weeks now and every time I have placed an order, it gets cancelled saying they are closed? Even though online it says they are open for several more hours. I have never seen papa johns close at 8pm on a Saturday. It’s starting to get very irritating. If your going to close at a different time than posted than maybe you should update your hours or not allow for mobile ordering for it to just get cancelled.

Ordered one large pizza at 6:45 pm via the app. Estimated time for delivery was 38 minutes. When 8:00 pm rolled around I called the store to get an update on the delivery status. Stayed on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up to try a different option on the calling system waited another 8 minutes on hold with no answer. My husband drove to the store to figure out what was going on. The delivery driver finally showed up around 8:30 pm. Sat in his car for five minutes. When I walked onto my carport the delivery driver drove away. My husband went back into the store to get a refund at this point.

Reason couldn’t give 5 stars is attitude of the person whom took my order. I’ve worked as a delivery driver years ago and it does get hectic but no matter what you always treat the customer with respect. Guess I’m from a different up bringing. Other than that the food was well prepared and toppings were plentiful. Priced a bit high 8 thought for what was ordered but everyone is not Little Caesars

Part of my order wasn’t ready, my wings were forgotten. I had to wait outside for 15 minutes while my 3 pizzas just sat under the warming lamps. $60 for warm pizza and hot wings…. They didn’t offer any apologies or discount. They were very busy but didn’t seem to have enough workers.

Normally don’t have issues with this location, we ordered a pizza and received it undercooked. It was still mostly dough and when I called the gentlemen he said our next pizza would be free then hung up on me. I called back thinking I lost connection and when he said it wasn’t I told him I would appreciate it if they didn’t just hang up on me and he said okay then hung up again. There have been times when they would cancel our order after waiting half an hour and then told us they wouldn’t be able deliver to our address anymore just to find out that was a complete lie. For the most part the people are great, but some of the employees seem to not care what so ever and will blatantly lie to you.
