Their website is up to date (Opened according to their website posted schedule). We got into Asheville late on a Thursday night & scrambled to look for a descent opened restaurant, None were opened. But papa John’s on Merrimon came to the rescue & they delivered to our hotel on Tunnel Rd (4.8 miles). The person who took our order on 9/15/2022 @10:36 pm was so patient & helpful especially I did not have a menu accessible. We were told delivery would be 45 – 55 mins, but the pizza was delivered in 37 mins, the pizza toppings were so fresh, the crust was perfect & it was the best papa John pizza, not because we were hungry, but we’ve ordered from other papa John’s, & this one “is” by far the best! Thank you guys for accommodating us & going above & beyond. We greatly appreciate your service. You rock!

Why put the options for “light cheese” and “well done” if you’re not going to do it!? Ordering a pepperoni pizza with light chz and well done shouldn’t come soggy as heck with more chz than meat… would calling in ensure my order more so than online!? Placed an order online. Order went out to the last address where we had ordered from, husband had put in our home address however it did t same the address so they tried to delivered the pizza to the other address. When the driver called to ask about the address my husband told him about the mistake that he had made and the driver said in a very rude tone thanks for letting me know. My husband was on hold with customer service at time to fix the mistake. I then called the store where the order went to and explain to the person who answered the phone that the order was placed to them by mistake, and that the driver was very rude. He said nothing. I then asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager then I said again how rude the driver was to he said he sorry that happened and said have a good night and hung up. I don’t know how old either one of these individual are but they need a lesson in customer service. Very disappointed in the staff.

My coworkers and I order pizza from here when we are too busy to leave work or to really stop for a true break. The staff is always helpful with helping us find specials and offers that meet our needs as a large group. They are typically fast with deliveries but sometimes can take up to an hour on days that they are slammed. All the drivers we have had are courteous and kind.

We order from this Papa John’s once a month – the team at Merrimon has never let us down. Food’s always good, and the driver is always friendly. Also, if you’re thinking about trying that new Shaq-a-roni pizza…DO IT. It’s worth it. It is very foldable and very delicious.

Late! Late! Late! Per app was to be delivered approximately 28 minutes. Of course app is a joke; it states pizza is “preparing” for about 20 minutes. Until I called after 45 minutes, they state it would be another 13 minutes. Then coincidentally it changes to “on its way” Of course pizza wasn’t hot. I’m only 2 miles away. So if you want a Papa Johns pizza, hot, then you need to pick it up.

I live .4 mile from Merrimon store. It took 35 minutes from ordering to delivery. The delivery person drove to Tunnel Rd. , then delivered our pizza, which was barely warm. The pizza was not very good. The manager was not very nice, had no care as to our complaint with of taking too long . He wasn’t congenial , bad customer service.
